Odd review, but foremost, the place should be inspected by the health department!
Food and drinks were over priced, and to put it mildly, tasted awful! Cafeteria style food with no reason to be there other than they are, and can be!
Since there are no other options, people who plan on spending their day or part of their day here, will end up eating, or drinking here, hence, the story of this restaurant continues…
The tables, floors, condiments area are super dirty. Staff unfortunately seem to not care at all about, well, anything. It’s dangerous to put it mildly for kids and families to eat here!
I happen to see a staff member restock spoons that were fallen on the floor right back into the container for people to take! Horrible!
A fountain soda is $4 no refills! Even while eating inside the restaurant! Lol
If possible, I would highly recommend avoiding eating or drinking here!

I had an encounter on 2/7/2026 around 11am with the cashier at this cafe. The attitude was insane and unnecessaryI asked her if I were to be refunded and she replied with sarcasm. Lo and behold I still have not been refunded. I guess the animals aren’t the only ones in the cages.

Girl at the counter didn’t acknowledge us and was doing art on paper instead of greeting us. Had to ask if they were open and if I could order to get her attention. She wasn’t welcoming to us at all. She also made my girlfriend’s coffee with just milk. Do better for people. They are your customers. Around 11am

I found it odd that there are signs proudly stating that there are vegetarian and vegan options, and that “fruits and vegetables are ALWAYS our first choice,” but you can see on the menu that there are literally no fruits or vegetables. The only vegetarian option is a Caesar salad. I don’t see a single vegan option? Unless you get soda for your meal or eat only the lettuce from the Caesar salad. Wouldn’t be as disappointing if they hadn’t blatantly lied to advertise these choices

Employees at pier food stand were super rude. 15 workers standing around and 15 minutes for chicken nuggets on a slow day. No apologies or empathy just stare at you like you’re a crazy person. The other reviews say the same. Maybe make a change?

We had the chicken strips and fries, and the kids hot dog and fries. I’ve never seen a hot dog so grey. Everything was dried out or soggy and lukewarm. My kiddo loved the pickle spear at least. There were 4 folks behind the counter and they were loudly talking and taking videos when not politely serving customers. All of the tables were dirty when we went to sit down so I wiped my own. As we were eating another person started working who efficiently wiped down and rearranged everything neatly as the other workers seemed to hang out.

We gave this place a try after enjoying it under the prior owner. The lady taking our order said our burgers would come with fries. We confirmed this verbally with her, when the food was brought out we were told it doesn’t come with fries. We then had to pay for fries after the order taker misrepresented the food options.
The burger itself was nothing special. The fries tasted old and soggy.
