I had an amazing experience at Zoa Moroccan Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious—two hearty bowls filled with fresh, vibrant vegetables. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the spices added a wonderful depth. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I left feeling nourished and satisfied, both in body and spirit. Highly recommend this gem!

Underrated and flavor packed fast-casual restaurant! I have been to all ZOA locations in Houston and have consistently been impressed by the quality of food, speed of service, and the clean/safe atmospheres. My wife and I love to order the Casablanca Bowl and enjoy getting their drinks from time to time.
The Rice location is conveniently located next to an HEB. I included several photos in this review as this place has always given me good energy. If you decide to visit, don’t be surprised if the place is empty or almost empty. Customers are usually in and out very quickly.

The food is great here, and the staff is very attentive and not stingy. I especially like the Casablanca bowl (sub chicken for lamb, extra garlic aioli), though I hear that their pita sandwiches are great too. Locations are greatly placed, and service is almost always speedy.

The food was better than I expected. It was my first time trying Moroccan food, and it was really good. Probably not 100% authentic, but totally worth the price. I’d definitely go back.

Delish! Great little spot for Moroccan bowls and sandwiches. The kefta (meatball) was so good! Friendly service, great food and decent prices.

Really like this place as the food is unique, fresh, and hot. The staff is helpful and patient as there are so many choices for protein and additional toppings.
This is my second visit and I opted for the Chicken “Fez”. The one thing I would note is that the spicy (3 pepper) rated sauce is freaking hot! Last time I tried the green (two pepper) and it too was really spicy. I am not a wimp, but plan accordingly when adding sauces as they will get ya! They taste awesome. Just spicy, so be warned!
Worth a shot!

Incomprehensibly awesome flavors and an experience unlike any other. Had I wanted to do “take-out,” I could’ve walked in the door and been back in my car inside of 5m. Michelin star flavors at beer-budget prices. HIGHLY recommend. Bowl was destroyed before I could take a pic, sorry!

Think of it as a mediterranean Chipotle- a competitor to CAVA. Made my own bowl with mixed greens and rice as the base; chicken as my protein and several vegetarian toppings. I wished the cauliflower and spinach topping were warm. Most things were pretty flavorful. Service was good.

Is it the best food you will ever have? No. Is it a healthy alternative to traditional fast food? Yes. Would I go again? Yep.

First time trying Moroccan food and can say 10/10 As it was my first time I allowed the employee to fix my bowl as he pleased. Everything was delicious that I visited 3x in one week

Not impressed at all. Not sure how this place got so many 5 stars- maybe incentivized?

Transparency on pricing is poor. On the website, it doesn’t say you only get 4 toppings. Each topping you get is a small spoonful. Each additional topping is $0.75 but the amount you still get is very little for the price. Beef is another $1.

Food is not fresh, and I got here right when they opened! The beef is sweet. The hummus is a watery texture. The cucumber salad seems like it was from yesterday.

I love Mediterranean food, and this is just not it. Not worth the price.
