Can’t stop thinking about the chorizo carbonara, everything was perfect. We were welcomed with free pasta crisps and also small hot chocolates with our bill at the end. The mozzarella arancini was amazing and the meatballs . Couldn’t recommend a place more. Staff and atmosphere 10/10 and even got given a candle for our table.

Food was overall satisfactory. The worst was the crispy squid, not crispy and not good looking. The contactless card payment was not working and found out that there was some problem with the payment machine. The waiter actually should apologize for the inconvenience caused but she did not.

I came here today and had Mushroom Risotto.
The presentation was nice and texture was nice, but the taste was bland and boring. I could have made a better risotto myself. For £16.25, it’s a lot of money for a meal which isn’t delicious. The speed of service was good, but the food didn’t meet my expectations.
I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate after the meal.

Just been around 17.00. Restaurant was kind of quiet. Waiters were lovely. But the Host was a bit rude though. He didn’t say hello or greet us after waiting for 2 minutes, I asked him how he was, and he said fine and didn’t ask me back. Then he said you only have an hour and 15 minutes.
He was rude. Tattoos and strong built.
It seemed like he didn’t want us there. But thank you to everyone else and thank you the table.

I’ve been to Zizzi a few times now, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is great. ALP is super friendly, always smiling and making you feel welcome. The whole team is friendly and attentive as well. Definitely recommend!
