Such a comforting spot for a casual night. The Ziyan-style chicken here is super clean, well-seasoned, and surprisingly addictive. The signature chicken is tender with a light sweetness, not overpowering at all, and the portions are generous.
We also loved the spicy pork lung — perfectly numbing and fragrant without being overwhelming — and the boneless chicken feet were incredibly bouncy and flavorful. Even the marinated pig ear was crispy and satisfying.
This is the kind of place you go when you don’t want anything fancy, just really good food that makes you happy the moment you open the box. Prices are very reasonable (around $10 per box), and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. Would absolutely come back.

Shares the space on the ground level with the Meet Fresh. Specialty is the chicken – good quality and taste, 5 spice and a little sweet, salty, and savory all at once. The baiwei chiken (B1) was $9.35. The B5 iced pork head meat was also good – 8.42 (and a 2¢ discount?). They also have some meal packages, too. Will try some of the spicy dishes next time!

I have ordered from the store two days in a row because the food is flavorful, bold, and authentically Sichuan-style, with spicy but balanced flavors that offer depth beyond just heat.
This authentic taste resembles what you might get in Chengdu, Sichuan’s
“Fuqi Feipan” (Husband and Wife Lung Slices), a classic Sichuan cold dish with offal, beef tongue, and tripe, are well-prepared and refreshing. Despite the name, it usually does not contain actual lung but rather assorted beef offal.
Bai wei chicken is very lean, tender with balanced taste. The taste is aromatic, slightly sweet, and savory with a mix of Sichuan peppercorn and mild spiciness. The texture is moist, tender, and easy to pull apart (similar to Hainanese chicken but more seasoned). It is well braised. It can be eaten alone or with chilli oil for extra flavor.
Sweet Skin Leshan Duck is a famous Sichuan delicacy known for its crispy, caramelized glaze and tender meat. Ziyan’s duck is a very decent product with crispy and flavourful skin. It would be even better if the meat is as flavourful as the chicken.
The chicken feet, a popular snack in Chinese cuisine , is fully flavourful after braised and absorbed spices and sauces well . A tiny bit on the salty side for my taste comparing to a balanced taste. It is pleasantly chewy and gelatinous with the soft cartilage and skin texture.
The cold-cut dishes have good shelf life and is convenient for quick meals at home, pairing well with rice, noodles and veggies

Ngl i think this is the best cold chicken i’ve eaten in my life so far
I actually microwaved the baiwei chicken when i got home and it was pretty good, but then i ate a piece of cold chicken and it was even better. When i had two pieces left, i realized I had not even used the spice powder they gave me.

Mid, but good enough. I tried the Baiwei Chicken, the most prominent item on the menu. Decent portion size, but the quality of cooking didn’t seem superior to say, the 99 Ranch counter. I found it strange how the clerk explained that it was a hot item, but then retrieved a container of cold chicken from the fridge when I ordered it. Also, it’d be nice if the items were sold by weight.

This newly opened Asian restaurant near Newport is undoubtedly one of the best in the area. Their dumplings are a must-try, and even the pork is incredibly tender and reasonably priced. This place is sure to become a popular spot for many people in the future.
