We stopped by just a couple days after their opening and overall had a great experience. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and looks really nice, with plenty of seating. Location is good, but parking may get tight when it gets busy.
The owner strongly encouraged me to try their biryani, confidently saying it was the best and even guaranteed it. I told him I’ve eaten a lot of biryani and it wouldn’t be fair to judge too quickly, but he insisted he wanted an honest review

It was decent, but I’ve had better biryani elsewhere with stronger flavor and better portioning, especially when it comes to the amount of meat. I think they should increase the meat portion to make it feel more worth it.
On the other hand, the chai was amazing (5/5).
Overall, great customer service and a strong start. I’ll definitely be back to try more items.

The haleem was on another level and so authentic that it took me straight to Hyderabad. That real Old City flavor is hard to find, but they nailed it. The chicken biryani was equally impressive.
And the Charminar picture inside the restaurant? Such a classy touch. It adds that nostalgic Hyderabad vibe and makes the whole experience feel special.

Vijayawada Brinjal Biryani – I have NEVER had biryani like this in my life. The spice blend they use is something you just don’t find easily. Deep, aromatic, layered flavors that hit you in waves. Every bite tasted authentic, rich, and unforgettable. Honestly? Nobody in Sacramento comes anywhere close when it comes to this kind of taste.
You can tell the ingredients are fresh. You can taste the authenticity. This isn’t watered-down flavor. This is bold, traditional, properly executed Hyderabadi cuisine.

Sikandar is an amazing manager — welcoming, attentive, and running a tight ship even during peak rush with catering going out nonstop.

We Had a great experience . Goat dum biryani and haleem are the best. Even though I went very late and took the food to go, the ambiance was really good and gave a proper authentic Hyderabadi vibe.
Tried Kurbani Ka Meetha, it was delicious! They also have special desserts, not just the usual gulab jamun and rasmalai. The Milaf drink was something unique I’ve never seen before and totally worth trying.
Highly recommended, must visit.
