I recently visited this place to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we had a great time! We ordered two pizzas, which were delicious—perfectly cooked with fresh toppings and great flavor. We also tried their Diamond Knots, which were a hit with everyone at the table. As a special surprise, the staff brought out some warm cinnamon knots for the birthday celebration, which was a really nice touch and added to the festive vibe.
The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. They also had a few games available, which kept us entertained while we waited for the food and added a fun, casual element to the evening. It’s always nice to find a place that combines good food with a relaxed, friendly environment.

I will never be back to this location. 3rd time this has happened. I order a meatball sub and garlic knots for pick up. I showed up 35 minutes later, 5 min after it was supposed to be ready, “We’re still working on the sandwich, give us 10 or 15 minutes.” 20 minutes later, 55 minutes total, I finally get my food. I live right down the street, and my garlic knots are barely lukewarm and my sandwich is barely warm. It does not take 55 minutes to make a meatball sub and garlic knots. And frankly, for $16 with no side the sub should be bigger.

My family and I stopped in here on our way to a wedding in Corona. Service was quick, friendly, and the food was outstanding. We each ordered our own individual pizza and everyone enjoyed what they had. Great food and great service. I would highly recommend you check it out.

We’ve been coming here every few weeks, usually 8 – 16 of us, and usually have great service & food. Until last night. My friend ordered a hot Italian sandwich, the rest of us ordered salads, wings, pizzas. The sandwich was the only thing missing, so we asked – four times over the course of 40 minutes. Finally, the last person we asked “found” the sandwich and brought it to us. It was cold. We’d already been there an hour and a half, and the rest of us were ready to leave, but we waited while he tried to eat his cold, soggy sandwich. It was gross, he only ate half. Such a disappointment.

The service is atrocious. The orders are never ready when they’re supposed to be.
They will claim their tablet is “off” and they didn’t get your order but it happens multiple times. There is never an apology. Employees are so rude, they wander away and never come back after asking if you need help.
There are two cooks for the entire restaurant and they stand there moving at the speed of sand, laughing like they have no care in the world, while multiple people wait 20+ mins for orders that are already late.
The whole vibe here is “we couldn’t care less about our customer’s experience”.
Absolutely awful. The entire staff and management need to be changed out.

Usually very happy with Zito’s as I do enjoy their pizza. Last night, after trying multiple times to place an order on the website which would not go through for some stupid reason, I phoned in an order to my local Zito’s. I asked for a ‘half and half’ large pizza and come to find out upon delivery that they left off the topping I wanted on one half. Figured it wasn’t worth pursuing at that point but the person that requested the pepperoni half was VERY disappointed. Also, the price quote that they give you online was different than what they charged when I called in the order. What’s up with that?
