Zips is a classic! Great menu that has survived the years! Good quality bun. The Salad Burger should have been salted but was delicious. Tots very slightly undercooked. Tartar sauce seemed a bit salty but still good. Drive thru was pretty fast. I will come again.

I just ate at Zips on Fowler in Richland off of Columbia Blvd. I ordered a hamburger and asked them to please add mayo. When I unwrapped my burger, it had so much mayo that it was running off the bun. I had to literally wipe the bun and the meat three times to soak up the excess. I still couldn’t eat it. Before we left, I took it back to the counter and told the young lady what had happened and showed her the napkins. She smiled and I said as I was walking out the door “I will never eat at the Zips again”. Given her professional attitude, I am sure she won’t lose sleep over it. Do managers know how to train their staff anymore or is the staff just allowed to get away with rudeness, lack of respect and not doing their jobs?

I got a blue cheese burger small fries and small drink. It was $19.08. the fries were disgustingly undercooked. The burger had a thick smear of blue cheese on half of it and none on the other half. This place is a joke, you can literally go to a quality Mexican seafood restaurant and order a shrimp dish for the same price.

This zips is terrible. They have kids sized cones and they are so narrow that they literally cant hold any icecream both cones toppled over withing 10 seconds of being in the car. It was clearly all over me in the car and I asked for a spoon and napkins and the guy in the drive through waited to go get the 2 milk shakes, then a spoon, then the recipt, and then the napkins. Last thing we got was the second kids cone and we didn’t even make it out of the drive though before it broke in half. I walked back inside for more napkins and another spoon so my daughter could eat it out of an empty water cup I had. Finally we start to eat the cones/ piles of icecream and they are terrible. We eat the swirl cone from the richland zips at least once a week. They are so good there. I have no idea how you mess up soft serve icecream but apparently its possible. Its almost like this is owned by a different person or something because it was just terribly off. Both kids and adults thought their treats were gross. Super disappointing, we just ended up throwing everything away.

Over 50 year old Eastern Washington burger chain. Loads of burger/sandwich options, great fried sides selection, and seafood. I can’t speak to consistency but our order was great! Big portions and as another reviewer said, “this place is the older great grandfather of a Jack in the box and Five Guys”.

Whatever you do, do not ask for no onions to be put on the order ticket just to make sure there is not any on the food or you will cause the manager to throw a temper tantrum and yell at her employees. Who knew going beyond to provide great customer service would offend management so much the reprimand and almost fire the employee. If I was the owner I would fire their top manager asap. No wonder the turn over rate for employees is so HIGH! Good customer service but HORRIBLE management!!

I decided to try Zip’s since it was located across the street from where I was staying. I enjoyed the fun Halloween decorations, La Llorona was really legit. The Bacon Cheese Burger wasn’t the best I have ever had but it was good and filling. The fries were plentiful and not over cooked. I did enjoy the Coffee Shake immensely. Overall a good experience, I did like that they were very professional.

Goodmanager. Uncouth, unprofessional employees who told me” MCDONALD’S is just up the street; we’re busy.” I was the only drive through customer. Waited 15 minutes. After being treated like crapp, I demanded a refund. Lost my appetite. Rude female workers smirking and acting as if Imy purchase was the problem. 15.00 bucks fir fast food isn’t cheap. However, the unfriendly night workers made me feel my money wasn’t worth their precious time.

Seriously just spent $40 on cheeseburgers and Tator tots. Waste of money. There was hardly anything on it and the beef was so thin it was burnt.

Today’s visit was very nice. I first want to say how beautiful and clean this place is. My mother and I ordered our food but then decided to change it to a special, which made me since, but man, it was an ordeal. Don’t worry, there was no one behind us, I checked. The workers were very understanding and, one point, very apologetic for the wait, especially Becky she really took control of the situation, pulling people from the back when someone came in. She was very respectful. I wish every encounter that I had with anyone would go as smooth as she made it. This woman deserves a raise. I think every restaurant owner needs to come in and have lunch and just observe the whole place. We got our food to go, and the only advice I have and why I didn’t give a 5-star is because of their fries. We got in the car, and of course, we tried the fries, and they weren’t fresh at all and could’ve used more salt. But if that’s the only complaint, wow, that’s an easy fix. Great job, Zips. Now, if we could get the cable bridge Zips to get on board, we’d be headed in the right direction, folks. Thanks again, Becky and the other workers today for the patience and hard work.
