Employees were nice and quick, but the hamburger patties were incredibly thin. My son said the cheese was thicker than the meat. He wasn’t exactly wrong. The onion rings had no flavor, fries were good.

Zip’s is an absolutely amazing burger place. The food was so good. I recommend the tator tots, they were really yummy and greasy. But the place needs new seats, they were all taped up in yellow tape. The service is very nice and the employees were really nice, though some people say the service isn’t good. The parking lot is ideal, but not that good. They also have a lot of items on the menu, including burgers fries tator tots and kids meals. If you’re ever in Tri Cities I recommend trying Zip’s burgers.

The restaurant looks run down, but their food was amazing! The chicken strips were huge! The fish were huge too! They told us they hand bread the fish and prepare it every day. My husband pointed out that the zips we went to the other day was more expensive and smaller portions. The tartar looked different but had the same delicious flavor!

This is how burgers should be! Freshly made to order and absolutely worth the wait. Cheddar Tots are Papa Joe’s are classic, I opted for the Double Belly Buster Classic diner atmosphere and they have a drive thru!

This was a drive thru order of 5 cheeseburgers and a tub. Pulled one cheeseburger to reveal my tub. Can you give half my money back?

The last time I went to this burger joint I was 11 years old! They had great food then and I’m glad to see they are still pumping out good food and memories. Oh yeah, that was back in 1981. Congratulations to ZIPS!! Keep grilling.

At first I thought this would be just another burger place, but it is so much more! Great menu and I love the attention to quality that they serve. The fish and chips are definitely delicious! I look forward to my next visit!

A favorite since my childhood! Enjoy whenever I’m visiting the Tri-Cities. The Richland location is my favorite! Happy 65th Anniversary! Oh & thank you for the world’s best tarter sauce!

Best milkshakes in the Tri-Cities! Did you know you can mix flavors? I love getting an Oreo/Peanut Butter Shake. And their onion rings are delicious! The staff have always been very friendly and quick, too. Wish they would update their booths and lobby, but maybe that’s part of the charm?

Decent location, but was not impressed with the quality of food. The burger was small, for the price you are paying. The chocolate shake was about as plain as a chocolate shake can be made. For being open since 1953, I wonder how. The people were nice, but the only positive thing about this place was the 80s metal they had playing in the back. 3 stars, cuz I’m being generous.
