Ordered two small shakes and a small onion ring, it cost $21, they didn’t ask if I wanted sauces, when I came back they took over 5 minutes to respond at the drive through and only because I had to say “I’m only here to ask for sauces I didn’t get in an order” she said “usually we ask customers to come inside if it’s just for sauces but since it’s our fault you can pull forward” there was one other car ahead of me in the drive through, once I got to the window the red headed girl gave me a big bag of sauces, literally 10 sauces for one small onion ring. It’s the most passive aggressive behavior I have ever experienced at zips and it makes me not want to return. Also the onion rings were burnt

Grew up with Zips in Spokane. They don’t heat the buns here…. that’s a staple. I thought. Hamburger patties were clearly cooked and stock piled. Lunch hour…..I guess that makes sense. Made for not a great burger. It was so cold in there we were shaking. Ate quick and ran outside to warm up.

My husband and I were busy all day and hadn’t eaten since early morning, so we decided to stop in at Zip’s. It was TERRIFIC! My husband had The Boss and I had Cod and Tots. We also had shakes. I had pineapple and my husband had strawberry -banana. They had baked goods for sale too, and we shared a brownie (Yum!) My husband and I have both worked for a Zip’s in the past and knew the high quality of the food, but this was better than usual. Everything was delicious and hot, the shakes were thick and filled with fruit. What’s more, the lady at the counter was funny and kind. And the tables were very clean. It was pricey, but well worth it for the food and service.

Who puts cheese on a chicken sandwich . My partner brought food home since I was I’ll at home. I had him grab me a single crispy chicken sandwich ” since everything else on the menu was to heavy, wish they had soups or salads. Every time I eat here the quality and service and demeanor of the staff is horrible. I dont often complain because fast food is a hard job to tolerate. This visit my order was incorrect. The same person with the same terrible attitude is always running the drive through. My order is always wrong. This particular order they forgot my side of fried mushrooms. The quality of the burgers is always atrocious. This time they dumped at least an ounce of mustard on the burger to the point I had to wipe it off with a napkin. The sandwiches are always messy, cold, and put together different every time. Sometimes there is white cheese and sometimes yellow or sometimes none at all. The au jus I always ordered with just the powder not pre made so it doesn’t spill on the ride home. If they remember it at all, it’s never powdered. This is not just a bad day. This is a whole new level of all the time horrible service in every category!

Spent almost $30 on a Papa Joe, hot Turkey sandwich & tub of fries. The fries were cold. The Papa Joe was cold, the ham was horrible, no pickles, very thin burger, full of lettuce. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad it was. The hot Turkey sandwich I ordered was not hot, it was also cold & was honestly tasteless. I’m not joking…there was no taste to any of it. So much so, I took a Covid test to see if I was sick…NO JOKE. No, I wasn’t sick. Will never go to this Zips again. Totally overpriced, worst Papa Joe EVER…yuck. I wouldn’t waste your money. Super disappointed.

The Deer Park Zips has the best spicy chicken sandwich, so much so that I only go to this Zips to only get the spicy chicken sandwich. Any other Zips I have been to has just been subpar in terms of spicy chicken sandwiches.
