Being on a fixed-income, I rarely dine out and have to pinch my pennies when I do. Zips in Deer Park offers very good specials, daily and ongoing. Because of this, I was able to go through their drive thru today and was not only happy about being able to enjoy a really good Papa Joe but was also helped by the nicest employee!! She was polite and kind when I gave my order and then enjoyed seeing that I had my pups with me at the window, to whom she gave treats ♥️ Two thumbs up to our Deer Park Zips; thank you for the delicious, affordable food and very positive experience!!

Stopped in for breakfast and was absolutely surprised at the quality and amount of food. I had a couple eggs, sausage patties, and hash browns. My friend had an omelet that was stuffed with fillings, hashbrowns, and toast. Great coffee too!

Deer park , zips is one of the best cooked breakfast around. Including every well known eatery in Spokane. They know how to do breakfast correctly! Get what you want cooked right. Hashbrowns ,were to die for. Great gravy assume fish.

Everything was good; fast service, clean, normal prices. Except my burger; specifically the PATTY it was bland, dry, tough, colorless and I found a bone fragment in it. This is the second time I’ve had this experience. I love our local Zips chain and wish them all love, but this one needs to be a bit better. Not bad just could be better is all.

Got the toughest piece of leather chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. So tough, I gave it to my dog. I will never buy anything from Deer Park Zips again. Your high school workers don’t care about their jobs. Were i5 my business, I’d close in shame du3 to poor supervision and management. I’d post pictures, buy my saddle would do more justice . The fried mushrooms are strawberry banana shake were great

They cooked our food wrong, had to take fries back cause they salted and we ask for no salt. My fries weren’t cooked right either , I asked for longer cooked and they undercooked my fries and way way to much salt.

I’m not sure what happened, but Zips doesn’t taste like it used to. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and a tub of fries, and the quality was disappointing. The fries were overcooked to the point of being tough, the burger buns were flat and underdone, and even the tartar sauce recipe seems to have changed. Zips used to be our go-to for great fast food—our son would ask for nothing else when he came home from out of town. Sadly, this visit was let down.

I’m not one to post a review but my experience at this location was so bad yesterday that it deserves to be shared. I went through the drive thru at 630pm. When I got to the window to pay I had realized I had forgot to order a burger for one of my family members. Before I paid, I apologized to the Employee and asked to add an item to my order. Which she responded “no I can’t, we are already backed up”. I asked the employee she was serious which she repeated yes I can’t order anything else because they are backed up. I understand wanting to make sure everyone’s food is fresh but there could have been options presented, like pulling forward, piling around back thru the drive thru or coming inside. But those weren’t presented, just a refusal to let me order. To top it all off, I get home and find the buns on the burgers are hard, and there was plastic in my milk shake that I sucked up through the straw.
