Today I order cheeseburger combo. At least I was warned at the speaker that there would be a bit of a wait because they were extremely behind on orders. I thought that would at least mean I’m going to get fresh food. NOPE! I waited 20 minutes and still old fries and burgers looked like they’ve been sitting there for more than the 20 minutes I waited.
Guess time to find a new lunch spot. Totally not worth the 40 dollars I have spent the last 2 days.
The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy, and the shakes are thick and delicious. Everything feels fresh, and the service is always quick and friendly.
A great local staple, definitely stop by when you’re craving a classic drive‑in meal!
They are open 24 hours, everyday.
They offer delivery, takeout, Drive-through & Dine-in. The decor is very community minded, pictures of the locals .

The place was very clean, the food was hot and delicious. Fry sauce, tartar sauce and ketchup by the gallon. So yummy
We asked about the cookies twice and tried to order some but never got any. We recently moved to Washington about a year ago. I have been trying to give Zip’s a try but quality just keeps getting worse with higher prices.
On Oct 4th about 9 am visited Zips in Cheney and ordered 2 breakfast burrittos to go. They were they worst burrittos ever.
Mine was a veggie burritto and asked for Hashbrowns to be added. My boyfriend had all meat.
My burritto basically had scrambled eggs, uncooked veggies thrown on top of the eggs and a hashbrown patty put in the middle. Like they forgot and just kept addings the ingredients on top. No cheese, It was cold and had no flavor.
My boyfriends had all meat and his was cold and lacked flavor.
Very disappointing. We visited here because the person who owns the Deer Park Zips owns this one to and we always love our burrittos from there.
Called and spoke with the manager Willow and explained everything. She said she would mail us gift certificates so we use them in Deer Park as that’s where we live. Never received them. Left 2 more messages for her no phone call returned.
I do not recommend this Zips they do not care about their quality of products or their customers
