I been coming here since I was a kid. Still by far my favorite zips just because of that.
The shake cups got kind of smaller and Safeway no longer has bogo zips coupons on the back of their receipts. Which I was very fond of and used quite frequently.
Other then that this place rocks. The ladies at the window are always super nice and polite.
**My tub of Tots on my last order was quite shy in quantity. I will not knock you any stars for it but please do better. If I order a tub I don’t want a large worth or tots. I want a tubs worth of tots.

When I pulled up to order at the drive through, I was met with a VERY rude worker on the mic. I ordered 2 bags of burgers ($25 a bag) and 4 regular milk shakes. ≈$90 later, and as I was driving away, we realized they only gave us 2 of the 4 shakes. We went on with our day, and went home. I just got home and opened the burgers. Every single one of them is COVERED in ketchup. I’m assuming they screwed with our food because I was unsure what I was getting when I got to the order screen. 10/10 worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Yes it’s fast food but the service, food and atmosphere here are awesome! Best zips fries I’ve had. And the snakes are just so good. Husband got the chicken strips which were tender and good with seasoning sprinkled on it. And I got the buster with fries and it was good, so filling. And all for 35$

PRO TIP: Order an ice cream cone upside down in a cup. you get a ice cream filled cone, and a shake once it melts a little!
(the shakes and ice cream are the same cream, the only difference is the machines areset to different temperatures)

I went here for dinner. I’ve been here many times before. Walked in and nobody at counter but you could hear them on drive thru. Waited a while and thought that I might use bathroom. Bathroom completely out of service. Noticed this counter as I walked back to the window. Couldn’t believe my eyes. Went back to look at kitchen since the doors were open to the back, and the floor was disgusting. I just took this picture and left before ordering anything. So disappointed.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. They do not offer a salad on their menu but the crew did make up my burger without the bun and on a bed of lettuce. It was acceptable. The iced tea was good.

I ordered 2 papa Joe’s fine and a small forgot it and a fish and chips that was ridiculously small see attached photo. And they denied to fix anything or return my money I definitely do not recommend. 37.79 loss from this visit.

It’s an older zips, does not lack in charm. Service was fast, but I was the only one there. The grilled turkey was spot on! Good service!

I ordered a regular fish and chips and a banana cream pie shake. I got 3 extremely small pieces of fish and cold, overly salted fries. The girl that took my order was extremely rude, and kept slamming the drive thru window closed. She practically shoved my shake at me, and did the same with my food. Will definitely not be back to this location.
