Though this Zips offers equal quality food as any of the others I have been to, the service was above and beyond! The staff were helpful, upbeat, and attentive to our needs. I came with a large group and they went above and beyond in making it an overall great experience.

I came here today before work to get some food and of course they’re closed for whatever reason, even though they should be open. Last time I came here it was hours before closing and they had the milkshake machine turned off already. Man zips used to be my absolute favorite when I was younger. After moving here a couple years ago I have been absolutely disappointed every single time. For one it’s insanely expensive compared to other places. That would be something I could put up with if the food was still good. Soggy fry’s, overpriced burgers, even the tarter sauce isn’t the same anymore. I really hope this chain can get it together because I cannot imagine they are doing good right now. Start with the simple things: crispy fry’s, being open when you’re supposed to, having the milkshake machine on when it’s store hours, and maybe lowering prices a bit at least until you get it together!! This is just not worth it for me to even try anymore. I’m hoping the owner sees this or a manager and really take in what I’m saying here. It’s the general consensus among everyone I talk to.

I placed a 70 dollar order got home it was missing 20 dollars worth of food and they would not replace it . The manager Tara and another employee were harassing me saying the food was in there. It wasn’t sat and argued with me and said she’s not replacing it I recommend not going there they have a 3.9 rating and that’s simply because there staff sucks. So after wasting gas to drive all the way back down there will not ever be going back. The way I was treated it was like I was trying to steal good it was their fault items were missing not mine. Just wanted what I paid for. I don’t usually go to this zips and definitely will spread the word the way I was treated. My recommendation is stay away from this zips and their rude employees

The zips on sprague, The woman in the red hair was very rude! when I was trying to get her attention to correct a mistake on my receipt, she had an ugly attitude and told me she was a manager in training and if that’s how she will handle situations I feel sorry for this zips location! Luckily a more patient manager stepped up and fixed the problem and even upgraded our ice creams. Thanks Nick for not making it seem like it was my fault and handling the situation in a much friendlier manner.

Huckleberry shake was the worst shake I’ve ever had from zips. Kinda tasted watered down and didn’t even have the right size straws so had to eat it with a spoon. Blending job was horrible. Staff was unprofessional. Loud and extremely vulgar. Talked about getting drunk and other inappropriate kitchen gossip. The raspy voice lady was especially annoying and arrogant. I’m guessing she might actually be the manager…… Will not eat at this location again.

Just stopped in and ordered two of the weekly specials that were on the sign outside to go. Chicken Bacon Swiss combo. Got home and it was a mushroom bacon hamburger 🙁 Not only was it the wrong order but it’s only like a 10 block drive and by the time I got home it was all soggy and fairly flavorless : -( for $27 which was only supposed to be around 20 because it was the special. I could have gone out to eat for that price. Fries were still good, at least there was that.

I have to say I’m pretty disappointed with this zips location. We ordered the 5 cheeseburgers and a tub of fries but wanted to add bacon to all of them.. when we received them they all had lettuce and no bacon, the drive through person had asked if we wanted them remade we said yes please. When we pulled up to the window the gentleman handed us a bag of bacon.. we had to come home pick off the mounds of lettuce and put our bacon on. It was just something simple and easy that could have been fixed.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. They were very atentative to my dairy allergies and informed me that both their mayo and tarter sauce and fry sauce all have butter milk mixed into them. I appreciate it so much

Zips abound the Spokane, WA & Coeur d’ Alene, ID area. Since the 1950s you have had the pleasure to sink your teeth into this goodness. The Boss Burger rules and the large long bun was yummy. The onions are thick and fresh and sauces abound so keep the napkins nearby. Fry sauce is recommended and the crunchy fries are good. Yes that is ham on that burger and it was a delight. My Spokane acquaintances were happy I paid homage to this gem. Next time I will be bold enough to try the CEO burger (1 pound of meat).

Hi I’m not 1 to complain. But the Zips in Spokane Valley, Washington on 13620 East Trent messed up my combo. I ordered a belly buster combo got home an it was a cheeseburger combo instead. I went back there to show them as I live a mile away.. ooooo plus the fries were also cold. What had happened. No apologies, an they fixed me I thought, was the right order this time. Wrong , I get home again, as I open the belly buster up, not what I ordered again.. a papa Joe this time with just mayo an lettuce… sure wasn’t a belly busters… as I have been going to area Zips for about 5 decades now… I thought the staff was very unpleasant an un professional…. for a senior citizen pushing 70yrs old… I have in my life never wrote a bad review… but this should be addressed to the Main Management….. as of now
