Used to love this zips but the prices are absolutely INSANE now. It’s fast food cheese burgers, not caviar. Stingy with the sauce in the drive through but they can’t even be troubled to fill the tarter cups all the way on top of it.
Staff is friendly and the food was typical zips but l will absolutely never be back. Way too many other better options for that kind of price range. I’ll hit panda instead or something

This was my first experience with a Zips being from out of state. The locations was a tad run down, but staff were helpful and friendly and the fish was especially delicious. I asked for recommendations from staff and received no less than five. We ordered a bunch of food, a hurricane with gummy worms (at our toddler’s request) and a vanilla malt and we’re pleased with all of it.

I’m a DoorDash driver (6,300 deliveries) I don’t appreciate the African American “gentleman” that is back there flipping burgers being rude about dashers and talking loudly because we try to come through the drive thru “I’ve dashed there’s not a single place in Spokane that allows you to pickup in the drive thru before 9pm” – Burger Boy

I would rate this place similar to any McDonald’s. We just moved to Spokane and this drive in seems to be everywhere so we figured we had to give it a try. Would I eat it again! Sure just like I would any other fast food place but it’s nothing special.

Came by after a flight into Spokane for some college nostalgia and was very disappointed they were closed. Their hours are advertised on google and apple as closing at midnight on Friday, yet they were closed up by 11:15 when I came by for a burger. Please update your hours
