We traveled from Tri Cities Washington and had dinner here. This restaurant was so clean and the customer service was GREAT. The kids working were so friendly and polite and very helpful. Our food was great and the bathroom was super clean too. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. I wish our local Sips were this good

I am always greeted politely and made to feel very welcome, they have my usual order and I just walk up and pay and they have already started on it, so it is very quick. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for lunch, this is my very own Zips family. 11/10.

Spend the extra time if you don’t live in Rathdrum hands down and by far this is the best zips. I have ever eaten at customer service is exceptional and the food is outstanding. We we’ll never go to another zip anywhere else will always come back here.

I wish I could say, “you get what you pay for,” but I think that zips falls even short of that. They’re ever so slightly better priced than you average McDonald’s, but the food quality is worth missing. At this particular location, the staff were very helpful, respectful and jovial, which was its only saving grace. I cannot imagine trying to run a profitable restaurant in the current financial climate, but if you cut anymore corners at zips, the burger will be a “hamburger flavored sauce” with lettuce.

Spending over 5 minutes in the drive thru without acknowledgement is so frustrating. Especially with no one in the lobby and only one other car at the window. Has happened multiple times and we will no longer be trying to get food here.

I wish I could put zero starts. I’ve been craving a zips papa joe for a while I came to this one order 2 papa Joe’s and a fry with some drinks. I was sitting at the window for a good while without cashed out. I work fast food and have worked at many places including this one and so i was watching them make my food from the window I saw a girl w black and red hair putting buns in the toaster without gloves. Thank god I didn’t pay and just drove off. Every fast food establishment has to wear cloves at least in the kitchen. My job we have to wear them on Fry’s. They should really make sure their employees or serving food properly.

Beware that the prices on the menu are not what they are in the computer. I pointed that out and they said they can’t change it, even though it shows it cheaper on the menu.
