Adding to my previous post. We’ve given Zio’s more chances to redeem themselves but we give up. It’s clear they do not care what they send out. Tonight I ordered linguine with my dinner and got fettuccine. It’s not the same! My husband’s pasta under the chicken didn’t have any sauce whatsoever. The pix of the pizza was a couple of months ago. Looking at how it was sliced, it’s evident they do not care.
We’ve eaten at Zio’s over 2 years. A few months ago we ordered delivery. My husband ordered chicken Parmesan but received eggplant Parmesan which he said was excellent. Tonight he ordered the eggplant Parmesan again and was so disappointed. 3 slices eggplant so thin you could barely see it. All breading. We’ve noticed the past few months the food has not been a good as it used to be. Very disappointing.

Wanted to try something other than a chain and we were not disappointed. Very friendly staff and the food was to die for. Everything was made to order right down to the house dressing for the salad. We not only needed “to go” boxes to take our left overs but we were stuffed. Very glad we chose Zio’s. They always say it is the little places that have the best, and Zio’s proved that to be true.

A perfect little pizza spot in North Port. Come in for a slice or a whole pie. NY style is their jam and they do it well. Incredibly nice service. A lovely young woman at the register and a friendly man on the oven. If you’re hungry and are tired of the usual. Pop in here and enjoy a slice.

Cute little Italian place with excellent pizza. Seating is very limited. If you have more than 4 people, you won’t be able to sit at the same table, so just be prepared for that. We’ve gone twice and the pizza was fantastic both times. We also brought home some gnocchi bolognese last time and it was very good as well and the portion was huge.

It took 2 hours for our delivery to arrive. I appreciate Zoe, who took our order for being so nice. The pizza, however, was mediocre. The toppings and cheese fell right off, and the dough was soggy. I was told by my mother in law who is from Jersey that this place had the best pizza in the area. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Sicilian BBQ pulled pork pizza – Delicious! Server was wonderful. Clean restaurant. Tea was perfect and not overly sweet or strong. Mozz sticks for appetizer were definitely made fresh. 5 stars!

Don’t have to review the pizza which we get each Wednesday and occasional weekend as it is consistently excellent each time for the past 2 years as this time I had the mussels in red sauce with our pie ( as I like to dip the crusts in the mussel sauce ) and the mussels were cooked perfectly all shells open and the sauce was a perfect blend of just enough sweetness with a little heat, just dip that bread in that comes with it, take a sip of some decent Italian red table wine or Chianti, and consider yourselves lucky that you found a great place ! Thanks to all at 12-21

Ordered delivery, it came at the scheduled time. Everything was made as ordered including the extra lemon butter for the picatta. They were nice enough to put it on the side. Calzone, pizza, garlic rolls, and salads were wonderful.
