For someone who was born and raised in New York City. I really wanted to give an overall 5 star but there still some improvements to be made. When I first arrived I saw the sign needs a refresh. I asked for ice coffee and got cold brew with no ice. I think if someone asks for ice coffee they should tell you we don’t sell it but do sell it cold which is not the same thing. When it comes to the bagels they were fantastic on the first day. I say that because the next day they got very hard not sure if thats normal or not for a bagel that is made fresh every day. I would say the vibes did give me a new york feel even the people that worked there. Overall a nice little place if you want to get a piece of the big apple in Florida. Go check them out. Let’s support small businesses let’s keep them alive people!!!!!!!

Zio came through with flawless service, quick and on point. Thanks to my offline membership, I was blessed with a complimentary bagel sandwich and juice. I went for a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel stacked with bacon and egg, and every bite was pure perfection. No doubt, I’ll be back, and I highly recommend!

My Empire Philly Steak was good and the fry’s were done to perfection. The fresh filled cannoli was fantastic and the perfect desert. We had a very nice lunch and will be back for more.

Ok. My first time at Zio’s today. Whoa. Holy bagels Batman. These might be the best bagels I’ve had. Really big, light, yummy. Everything bagel had the seasoning on both sides!! I opted for the scallion cream cheese and they didn’t skimp. BF had a breakfast bagel sammy and it was gone in the blink of an eye- but it looked really good too 🙂

Just wow. My boyfriend and I stopped by Zio’s NY Bagels in Wesley Chapel and we were blown away. I got an egg and cheese on an asiago bagel with a side of hashbrowns, and he got a bacon egg and cheese on asiago too. Everything was fresh out of the oven—the smell alone had us hyped, but then we took a bite and it somehow got even better. The bagel was light, airy, and packed with flavor. The hashbrowns? Perfectly crisp and fresh. We’ve tried a few bagel spots around Tampa Bay, and this one is easily at the top of our list. Since we’re moving up to the Wesley Chapel area, I’m so happy we found our new go-to spot. We’ll definitely be back (probably more than we should be)

Excellent bagels and great service. A really wonderful addition to the community. I specifically appreciate Lexie and Joe, who are both such exceptional workers and so kind to me and my young daughter, who frequent Zio’s often. Amazing bagel shop! The food is straight out of NY. I haven’t had a decent bagel since moving to Florida years ago. They were quite busy on a Saturday. It was hectic and the cashier taking orders needed more training. I think this will work itself out in time as they continue to grow. I LOVED the lox bagel on sesame and the BEC on everything was also phenomenal. Will be back!
