We had such a great meal at Zio Al’s in McKinney! We ordered a half-and-half pizza — half Buffalo chicken and half chicken Alfredo — and it was so good. Both sides were full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and seriously hard to choose a favorite.
We also got the mozzarella sticks and they were done to perfection — crispy on the outside with gooey cheese inside. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we loved every bite.
Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Great food and a spot we’ll definitely be coming back to! ✨

Wanted to try a new spot for pizza , did it disappoint? No…. but I also wasn’t super impressed on the pizza.
Arrived after a lunch rush. Walked in to a surprisingly nice establishment. It looked fancy almost. There was no one at the counter immediately but within 5 seconds some one came out and greeted me I excuse my self since im not familiar with the menu. I went ahead and ordered a 10 inc pizza. Pepperoni and pineapple nothing to crazy. He mentioned it would be about 10 minutes. I also ordered a drink wich unfortunately they dont have fountain drinks only canned drinks.
I helped my self to sit at a table. Sure enough 10 minutes later they brought me the pizza and my drink. You can tell it was freshly made. Deep pizza pan and a Krispy crust. The dough was cooked throughout. The flavor of the sauce was basic. And they dont hold back on topping . But nothing stood out as far as its the best I’ve had. The pizza was good , service was great and the establishment was NICE

Again we don’t have the get down and eat mindset …but you will not do these pizzas made at this business justice….if ya eat em in traffic. Zios is on go. The pizzas stay hot and the customer service is something done new millennium style, they smile….like for real. The access is easy and the seating tidy. I told ya! It’s slow roll pizza gold.

I had such a great experience at this pizza place! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt clean and well taken care of.
I especially want to highlight the customer service—Muhammad went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and really made the experience stand out. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel appreciated, but Muhammad did exactly that.
Definitely recommending this spot to friends and family, and I’ll be back soon!

This was an online order. I ordered a hand tossed 10″ pepperoni pizza. This was my first visit. The pizza was very good. The mozzarella was nice and chewy. The crust was very fluffy. The sauce is on the sweet side, which I like very much. I definitely recommend this place.

Love this place! The customer service is top notch. I was having a hard time deciding between pizza and a meatball sub, and the person at the counter very generously offered me a discount so I could try both. I can’t think of any other place that would do the same, and both were delish! The pizza was SO fresh. It was refreshing to come in and be treated with such kindness when so many places lack quality service. I’ll definitely be back!

Marceline was super sweet and helpful! I picked up a doordash order but i was missing an item, so I came back to pick it up and she brought it to me fast and even made sure to have the pizza remade, so the customer would still have a fresh hot pizza! She went above and beyond to fix my problem, and left me and the customer very pleased ☺️

Gave Zios a try yesterday and ordered a few items. Overall for the price they charge I don’t see the quality. Take a look at the wings, it was burnt to crisp… also to note the entry door slams shut everytime someone opens it. Not a good look.
