It’s a nice spot! Good food, nice atmosphere, sometimes they have live music. Good bar. I have now been here twice, my Mom has been here many times and always brings cash. Now, communication is key when it comes to service. Tonight while I was there one of the two bar tenders working lacked tremendously on that front. I ordered a beer and paid with a card. Now I’m not sure if she assumed I already knew or what happened, but when I handed her my card she never explained that there is a $10 limit on card purchases or ASKED me if I had/wanted to start a tab. She just went ahead and started me a tab without mentioning anything to me. Then I went back up for what happened to be our last beer round and the other (darker haired of the two) mentioned that there was a $10 minimum on cards and ASKED if we wanted to start a tab. I explained that the other girl took my card, and gave me a beer and my card back like it was nothing before. The lady I was talking to checked and apparently the other bar tender from earlier opened up a tab for me and NEVER said anything. Now here’s the thing, my Mother had offered to buy that last round with cash. If I had let her, we would have left at the end of the night and not paid our tab because I was unaware that I even had a tab in the first place.
Now like I said earlier it’s a cute place, with good food. If it wasn’t for that one bartender and that entire no communication tab situation it’d be 5 stars no doubt. The service has two stars thanks to the darker haired lady explaining the card minimum and checking/closing my surprise tab for me, she was really nice about it.
Come here, get the buffalo chicken nachos. Just maybe bring cash with you, just to be on the safe side.

The wings are like floured and fried and they were too “bready” for me. They also were barely sauced. Their street corn burger was dry due to there being no “sauce” besides the really thick ‘elote’ on top. It also had lettuce that became hot and wilted.

With a very rustic but modern decor, it’s warm and inviting. The food really surprised me. With a full service kitchen, they offer a variety of foods to please any pallet. Every burger is hand-made fresh with quality ingredients and their very own recipes. It’s definitely not the deep-fried / microwaved typical bar foods i was used to. It is very well worth the wait and money spent in my opinion.
The bar is nice, clean, and offers a large variety of drinks. The staff was polite and engaging but not overbearing. Definitely not the “counting ever minute” type of employee’s. Take a chance at the shot challenge, and see if you can add your name to the brick wall. And yes, their open for lunch, dinner, and they keep traditional bar hours. No last calls at 11pm.
Bring your friends, come hungry, eat ,drink in a fun relaxing atmosphere.

Cool place, fun atmosphere. They had live music, a band named Zack Attack. They were super fun, very entertaining. The bartenders were not very impressive. We stood there over 5 minutes and they never acknowledged us. I pretty much had to wave a $20 to get there attention. Other than that, had a great time. They also had a drink holder in the bathroom, I thought that was a very clever idea.

We came here couple weeks ago during the Dora the Elora pub crawl in downtown Lima. Overall the day was good. When we got here they were doing trivia. I think the host’s name was “Bubba”. That guy was hilarious!
