I’ve been meaning to get over to Zinburger for some time and finally made it today for lunch. Being seated by the hostess was very pleasant as she opened the door and took us to our table. Our waitress was equally pleasant as service here is spot on. My son ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink and I ordered the Samburger. My Burger didn’t come with a side so if you want a side you have to order it separately, which I did not. I ordered it medium but it arrived medium rare. I’m still good with a medium rare burger so no big deal but for review purposes it should have come medium. The atmosphere is pretty good here with seating indoors and outdoor but today was about 105° so we stayed indoors. Wasn’t a lot of people there at noon but started to fill up around 12:30. We’ll be back again.

This was such an amazing experience! The food and service was outstanding. Our server, Garrett, was the absolute best. Made great suggestions and was so friendly and inviting! My husband was obsessed with the buffalo chicken sandwich and my mom got the regular grilled chicken sandwich and loved it. The kids meal was the perfect size and my spicy margarita and El Diablo burger were to die for! (That is if you love spice) All around amazing experience, not a single complaint.

Fantastic! Burgers were delicious, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Green chili fries were perfect, creamy cheese sauce and nice spice from the jalapeños. Onion rings were crunchy and perfect. Our server, Alex was great, always on top of things. Will definitely return.

When we arrived home our order was incomplete. The burger I ordered medium well was bright pink. The manager attempted to call responding to a comment posted directly to them but I didn’t answer as the meal/damage was already done and there’s nothing they can do. I just responded by text sending him pictures and told him I appreciate the attempt but no thank you.

We got 4 burgers. One was completely raw and wouldn’t even stay together. The others ranged from raw to medium pink. We ordered to go and wasn’t warned that they undercooked their burger. Which, I know is fine for some places. But this was completely raw and not up to code for ground beef. What a waste of $$$$$$. Overpriced, undercooked. The zucchini fries were hard inside and mushy outside.

Hamburgers are unique, but I went for the simple All American Burger. Basically, it’s the cheeseburger that In-N-Out should aspire to build, but won’t. Tender bun, flame-grilled patty that fills it, and fresh accessories. (No restaurant seems capable of spreading the dill chips evenly across the burger, including this place.) The Onion Rings are very good. The regular fries, however, are not what they were a few years ago. Service is good and we like the industrial chic.

Great service and burgers! The veggie burger is made from their own recipe and was amazing! They also have gluten-free buns for those who have sensitivities. Can hardly wait to go again when I’m back in Tucson!

I had the diner burger & fries and it was pretty good. Quality meat and toppings. The only thing I didn’t care for with the burger was too much bread and toppings for the amount of meat. I couldn’t taste the beef. Next time, I will make it a double so the meat ratio is more ideal. The fries were pretty heavy on the salt but were good.

Clean, new & modern looking, parking was not a problem. We were greeted at the door & seated to our preference, padded bench, table, or high-rise seating, tall tables, and chairs. Our waitress was very welcoming and explained their establishment because we had never been there before, extra friendly & helpful. The food came quick & it was pleasant to look at. The burgers were cooked to order & were very tasty. The onion rings were delicious, too. The price was a little higher than fast food, but it was worth it. Our waitress was our cashier, so we didn’t have to stand in a line to pay.
