There was little good about the chicken picata I ordered here. The chicken was under cooked and dry. The sauce was non-existent. No lemon and Greek olives on an Italian dish? The artichoke hearts were good but nothing else. The meal was insulting.

What a wonderful local gem! We just made our third visit, and it definately will not be our last! The food is incredible! You have to try their house rustic bread and the most delicious Arancini! The best I’ve ever had! Other favorites are the real traditional Caesar salad and the Chicken Parmesan! And, although I didn’t indulge this time, you should save room for dessert! I highly recommend Zina Cucina for a real, homemade Italian meal!

Zina’s Cuchina is one of our favorite restaurants in our area! The owner, Ruth, greets you from behind the bar with her warm smile… and that’s just the beginning of a great dining experience!
The menu has lots of traditional Italian dishes, of which the chicken piccata is one of my favorites! The menu always has seasonal specials that are both creative and delicious.
You just won’t get bored with this fabulous menu! My husband just loves the scallops.. and I have to agree that there’s just a little magic something that makes this dish truly elevated!
This past Saturday we both dined on the Mediterranean beef tips… and oh man! Paired with healthy morsels of beet and sweet potatoes, we’re pure deliciousness!!
Back to the bar: Ruth is a seriously talented mixologist. My favorite is The Bee’s Knees!
The staff is super friendly, especially Jen, whose smile is usually the 2nd to greet you!

I had never heard of this restaurant, but ended up going here with my mother because she had a giftcard.
We were both pleasantly surprised by how incredible it is! I highly recommend.
Genuine delicious Italian food.
Arancini, Onion Soup, eggplant rollatini, and creme brulee were flavorful and impressive. Decent portion sizes (though I would have loved more of that creme brulee!)
The chicken dish we got was well made, just not my style. I had never had that dish before and I honestly don’t remember what it was called.
The staff are genuine, doting, and kind.
The price is reasonable considering the experience.

We ordered from Zina’s for two of the most important occasions for us, my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. ❤️And I can definitely say the food made those days even more special. Highly recommend this place, we loved everything we ordered. Please try the truffle flavored fries and the Brussels sprouts here, best I’ve ever had!!! Although indoor dining is closed, the restaurant has a very welcoming ambience promising a nice dine in experience (whenever we can), cannot wait for that. And it only gets better when you have a warm and welcoming host like Tony. But for now, take out and enjoy the deliciousness from this restaurant at your homes!!

We had a wonderful time at Zinas in Marlborough. What a hidden gem! The decor was cozy, but still high end. The restaraunt is small so make sure you have reservations. We sat at the bar. The espresso maritinis were very good (made with real espresso) but a bit on the sweeter side. We really enjoyed the arranccini and all of the food was seasoned to perfection. They offer prime rib on Friday/Saturday and it was amazing (a huge piece for the price too)! I would not reccomend the polenta gnocchi as it was a bit grainy but we will definitely return.

My family and I went to Pumpkintown USA nearby and was looking for a spot for a late lunch. We searched and searched; we decided to go to the Chinese restaurant but they didn’t have tables to dine in. We found Zina’s Cucina right next door.
It’s a very nice Italian restaurant. The menu looked great and the drinks looked delicious. The bar was full when we got there but the dining room was empty. The bartender was also our waitress. She was friendly and efficient.
We ordered bread and oil to start; it came out with olives and garlic, all very delicious. We ordered my toddlers Mac and cheese to share (huge portion) and I couldn’t stop eating their meal lol, it was so good. My entree, I was torn between eggplant parmesan or the spaghetti and meatballs. I decided on the spaghetti and meatballs and I wasn’t disappointed; the meal was simple but delicious and the meatballs were large and tasty (plenty of leftovers).
My family and I really enjoyed dining in at this restaurant. I wish we were closer, we would be here often, when we crave Italian. I highly recommend it if you’re in the mood for some Italian fare.

We ordered from Zina’s Cucina for takeout on Valentine’s Day. Despite driving back for about 20 minutes after the food had been prepared, we still found our meal to be of excellent quality. The eggplant lasagna was probably the best I’ve had in CT.

We had a delightful lunch! Our servers, Dustin and Jordan were very attentive.They have quite a few outdoor tables in two areas. It is a bit noisy with traffic but it was a beautiful day to be outside. The food was delicious. We especially loved the homemade gelato for dessert!

Randomly found this place. Looking for some place halfway between two sides of the family. They accommodated our large group for a family celebration. Everyone raved about the food. And Jenny was fantastic. We tried a lot of different meals and everybody was happy, the short ribs were great. The ravioli was wonderful and squid pasta was excellent and different!
