Well pulling into the parking lot at NNPTC and was hoping for Wally’s but saw Zimos there and of course as all the trucks at the Navy school it was crowded. I ordered a Lamb Gyro and apparently they were running out of things and dumb me didn’t look at my gyro that I waited quite a while for, when I got to my desk it was like 75% chicken which I can’t stand. Low and behold the chicken was tough and I kinda questioned if it was cooked or precooked chicken. Well after removing the wilted lettuce and chicken i was left with some watered down Tzatziki sauce and an oil soaked pita bread. Absolutely terrible. From now on it’s Wally’s or peanut-butter and jelly for me. I would post a pic but it would just ruin your appetite.
I know they are super busy but if I have to wait that long, at least make it worth my while. Got a stomach ache just thinking about it

This place is incredible! Their lamb gyro is so delicious, and the portions are great as well. This truck frequently shows up at my husband’s work and I always make sure I’m there for lunch!

They came to my neighborhood on Friday. I ordered and it was ready earlier than they said! My kids had the chicken tenders and fries. They are all of it even though they are picky eaters. My husband has the lamb gyro. I had the shrimp with onions and peppers over rice. It was so good! I scarfed it down. I loved the tzatziki. It was unlike any I’ve had before in a good way. We will be ordering from them again.

We had Zimos food truck out to our neighborhood tonight. Great food – love the lamb especially – and an incredible selection for a truck! Gyros, wraps, quesadillas, grilled cheese. The flavors were right on in the gyro. The hubby and I even ordered lunch for tomorrow! We will certainly find them again and would love to see them back in the ‘hood!

They didn’t realize I was a top national food critic/reviewer when I ordered, still, they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! Perfectly balanced, authentic flavor explosion. My husband said it’s the most authentic, delicious lamb gyros he’s had since his multi year stint in Turkey/Egypt, and my philly cheesesteak was the best Philly cheesesteak in the United States, much less the best Philly cheesesteak in the Charleston area (and I literally traveled the country looking for the best at one time). One of the best food trucks in Charleston, SC area, and definitely worth tracking down. We will be back!

Got two lamb gyros, ( I was hungry, don’t judge!) last night when they were at SNAFU Brewing. Fantastic!! Meat was tender and flavorful, the onion was nicely chopped, not big huge chunks that fall out while trying to eat, which is the worst! The sauce, the bread, all was ” chef’s kiss” delicious. Extremely friendly and excellent service. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for this truck in the future, 5 stars all the way!!
