Love the new location. It’s a family-run business, who are very friendly and helpful. We don’t know much about the food, so our server helped us navigate the menu. We were surprised with a delicious complimentary salad and our Pad Thai was absolutely delicious! So was everything else. We were in a hurry and we got in and out in less than a half an hour. Super service!!

I recently visited this amazing Indian restaurant in downtown, and I have to say — it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The momos were absolutely delicious, perfectly steamed with juicy fillings and authentic flavor that reminded me of home. Every bite was full of taste and freshness.

What made my visit even more special was the outstanding service from the young boy working there. He was super friendly, polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His positive attitude and quick service really stood out — you can tell he enjoys what he does.

If you’re in downtown and craving some flavorful Indian food, especially momos, this is the best spot in town. Great food, great people, and great vibes — highly recommended!

Very delicious food. Not overly spicy or greasy. It was PERFECT! Good portion sizes. Very clean and professional. My husband finished his lamb, and my chicken tikka masala was AMAZING! Lots of fresh veggies! Beer Taj Mahal was quite tasty to pair. Wonderful date night

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! My favorite place I’ve eaten at in a long time. The service was fantastic, Harry helped explain the most popular items on the menu. Everything we got was amazing-especially the chicken momo and garlic naan. We will definitely be back!!

It’s easy to order at Zimbu because the vegan items, as well as the gluten free items, are clearly marked on the menu. Almost all of the food is out front on display letting you see what you’re ordering. The food is also prepared in front of you. If you’re curious about the flavor or spiciness of any item, samples are offered for you to try. If you’re sensitive to spicy-hot food, be aware that there are a lot of spicy items. I ordered a rice bowl with chili tofu and coconut sauce. Both the tofu and sauce had hotness that I’d rate 4/10, which to me is hot but tolerable enough to still enjoy the food. I enjoyed my meal as did the other non-vegans in my group.

Maria was a great help to me. Very friendly. When I told her I was not familiar with Nepalese food, she let me sample some of the sauces, protein, and bases. I chose the veggie rice base with mixed grilled veggies and tofu in a coconut sauce. I loved that they had the option of adding fresh veggies on top (cabbage, cilantro, cucumbers, carrots). It was a big portion. I really liked it.

I also got some piro aloo on the side. It was basically perfectly baked/air fried seasoned potato wedges. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. I did ask for some sauces to dip them in. I dipped them in the coconut sauce that I liked so well.

Also tried the chicken momo. The very kind owner told us how to spoon open the momo and pour sauce inside to eat it. I thought the flavor was so vibrant. The texture was soft and a little spongy, which some might not love. (But I did) The Kothey momo is pan fried so maybe they would want to try that version.

I think they should offer the grilled vegetables as a base, for those watching their carbs. Otherwise, there was a nice variety of vegan and gluten free options. The service was so friendly. The environment was clean and I liked the music. Highly highly recommend. Please come to Spanish Fork so I can visit more regularly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zimbu and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. I ordered the veggie pulao rice with Tikka chicken and Tikka masala sauce, and it was hands down the best Indian food I’ve had in weeks.
The rice was perfectly cooked and infused with aromatic spices, while the chicken was tender and succulent. The Tikka masala sauce was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a symphony of textures and tastes that left me wanting more.
The service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to please. They made sure I had everything I needed and were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu.
Overall, I highly recommend Zimbu to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Indian cuisine. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will definitely be back for more!

Delicious food (tikka masala bowl and chicken momo), great service. This was an impulse decision but we are pleased and will return! It was pretty spicy and it doesn’t have spice level options.

Really great place fast and delicious Indian and Nepalese food! We felt welcomed the moment we walked in – the staff is always so nice. The food is fresh and our favorite item on the menu are the Chicken Momos – don’t skip on them! Their curry bowls and appetizers are fantastic as well. Can’t wait to go back and keep this in my normal food rotation!

Today we BRANCHED out!! Wow, it was AWESOME! We have never had Himalayan food before, so we happened past the Zimbu Himalayan Bistro. What a great choice we made. The owner and son are so kind and giving, explaining all the food flavors, options, letting us have a taste to try.
We had Chicken Momo, my husband said “that’s a soup he could eat always!”
I loved the Tika sauce and the coconut, they were my favorite.
My husband loved the Vindalu (spicy, but not too much )
The noodles in the bowl were my favorite.
All the meats were super tender and flavorful.
Thanks guys for a great lunch!
