Came here for dinner on a weeknight with some friends and it was a long wait, but the waitresses were friendly. We split a 12 inch pizza that we customized, including half pepperoni, half sausage, green peppers, and mushrooms. We had also had a merry mushroom salad (the smaller size) and an order of 6 chicken wings that are garlic Parmesan. We had leftovers that kept well and we enjoyed the meal overall. We sat ourselves and had to wait to order, and it took about half an hour for the food to come out.

I have been coming to Ziggys for years. The last 3 times I have ate there have been horrible. All 3 times, my step daughter, my wife and myself have ordered our food and waited. The employees seem to be more focused on being in the back talking than they are with customers. All three times our pizza has been burnt due to it not being paid attention to. I would be more understanding if the restaurant was busy but it hasn’t been.
I will not be bringing my family back to this restaurant to waste more money. Not one time have we been offered compensation for the lack of attention to our order. Such a shame considering this establishment has always been one of my favorite.

Ordered take out pizza cheese, pepperoni and chicken bacon mushroom. Delivery was much faster than expected. Driver was very pleasant. Pizza was okay as pizza goes. $81 for 3, 20 inch pizzas. The toppings on the chicken bacon mushroom were kind of sparse considering the $4, $3 charge. Forgot to get a pic of the chicken pizza before it went away.

The pizza was a bit too cheesy for us but the atmosphere was fun. They have two sides to the restaurant – bar side is full service and the other side is order at register and serve yourself. Always fun and lively there.

Leaving this review honestly breaks my heart. Ziggy’s has always been a place to get good food, have good conversation with the staff, and enjoy a cold beer and a game of pool. Tonight, however, was far from enjoyable. The bar side was packed full so we had to sit on the self serve side which wasn’t a huge deal unless you wanted a drink from the bar. We ordered a thing of pesto bread sticks that were soggy, greasy, and very doughy. A small Mac and cheese with pulled pork that was completely inedible, tasted like it was made in the microwave or honestly like someone had taken cheese from a $1 home made nacho plate and called it Mac and cheese. We also got a steak bomb with fries luckily I like my fries with extra salt so it wasn’t horrible. However, I don’t enjoy my steak and cheese with paper in it. The paper that separates servings of things like cheese, meats, and patties was cooked with my food and served to me. We did get a refund for the steak and cheese but that was it. Our food didn’t come out all at once and the staff was paying more attention to eating in the corner and making “basketball shots” with the trash can which apparently was the show of the night because the staff member was hooting and hollering. Overall just an absolute disappointment we left hungry, upset, and two of us sick from what little we did eat

We got the calzone with sausage and a Chicago deep dish with mushrooms. The two items were fantastic. The calzone was basically a giant set of inside-out cheesey bread sticks. The dough was fluffy and seasoned so you’re not just eating basic bread, but a great bread stick. The deep dish was exactly what you think of with a Chicago deep dish, massive amount of cheese under the sauce. This may be our favorite pizza place in Vermont.
