I stopped by this location this morning and noticed there was only one employee running the whole place because the other opening staff hadn’t shown up. Even so, she handled everything smoothly.
She got my order ready quickly, stayed professional, and provided fantastic service. No excuses, no complaints, she just jumped in and took care of the customers. That kind of work ethic really stands out. I’d say a promotion might be in order.

Went to their drive through to get a cup of black coffee, nice and simple. Ordered the medium roast. Coffee tasted like the south end of a north-bound Rhino. 1/2” or so of coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup as well. Maybe just an off day??

Horrible. I just asked for Americano, one suger, no creamer. I don’t know why you have to ask for black coffee to have no creamer, but there you are. It came with way too much sweetener, and creamer. Can’t drink it have to throw it away.unfortunatly i was on the freeway on my way out of town when i took a sip.

Went here on my lunch break today to get a candy cane crunch latte, I got back to work and took my first sip and dumped it down the sink. It literally taste like chest brewed coffee and you spend almost $10, I even tipped the girls which I now regret doing, I have never had a coffee drink taste this bad.

I came to this location this morning, and there was only one staff member working as the two opening staff were missing in action. However, she got my order out in a timely fashion, and provided me with fantastic service. She didn’t apologize and didn’t say they had to close or make any excuses, she just got right to work and took care of the entire store. I think a promotion might be in order.

We love Ziggi’s. The service is always great and the drinks refreshing. It seems that most of the time that a new coffee shop arrives that it is not long before it goes downhill. However, the flavor and consistency of a Ziggi’s drink continues to be a pleasant surprise. One of my teenagers loves it so much that this is the only place they want to work when they start to work later in the fall. Even when the place is busy, each person gets personalized attention and a little chat at the drive-up window.

This is the new daily, go-to coffee shop! The staff are wonderful. All of them are super sweet and helpful! They have a great amount of drink options, including Red Bull infusions, and multiple options for syrups, sugar-free included, year round! I hope their location is successful enough to open a stand on their own in town. This beats every other coffee shop in town, hands down!
