Ordered coffee to go. Always good coffee. Much better than Starbucks and the employees are much friendler. The staff can knockout a line of 6 to 8 in the drive thru in just under 3 minutes. My experience with Starbucks in Frederick is they do more talking than working.

I have been going to this location for over 2 years pretty much every day. These last two months have been horrible. A couple weeks ago I went on a Saturday (I normally go Monday through Friday). I was in line with nobody in front of me for over 7 minutes while the employees asked to pet the dog that someone brought up to the walk in area. Love my pups, but seriously, I’ve never sat so long just to get my order taken. And I just drove off at that point. They got rid of one lane, made it confusing with signage… I figured it out eventually! Mikayla was amazing when making my coffee drinks! She got me! It was awesome. Now my coffee costs $10 a morning with the price increase they imposed and the consistency is way off. Back to Starbucks I go.

Quaint, friendly and quick. The drink options were great, prices were fair and the service was very quick and friendly. I would recommend stopping by for your coffee or for their red bull infusion. Absolutely delicious!

I think everyone here is super nice and get my order right regularly. We love that they have 2 sides you can drive through and they have a huge variety of drinks. I love coming here over any other coffee location near my home.

Waited in a relatively short line for 20-25 minutes only to get my breakfast sandwich not heated all the way through and ice cold the whole way through. Service was nice and my drink was great, I was just looking forward to their everything bagel with the hot and gooey cheese, but didn’t get that. Hopefully just a mishap. I frequent this location and have run into this a few times with their breakfast items.

Terrible customer service: being a kiosk (no tables to clean), the minimum you expect is decent customer service like greetings instead of talking back to customers (by the “manager”) or orders mixed. “The Customer is Always Right” sounds like the employees working there; does Ziggi’s provide any training (at least) minimum respect for customers? For the record, I did work for minimum wages in the U.S. but never talked back to a customer no matter how nasty or rude they were.

I really enjoy their coffee. Whenever I do get a drink there, the coffee is just really good. There’s no funny aftertaste or bitterness to the coffee. I got breakfast for the first time the other day and it was really a happy with it so it was good. I love the coffee people. Give me gift cards for them all the time just cuz I like the coffee a lot
