Great location and good coffee selections. Was crowded both times I came. Staff a service were fine, coffee was good and they were quick. The atmosphere feels like it needs something. Plants, couches decorations, it feels bare and not the most inviting.

I had such a great experience at this coffee shop thanks to Abby! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to make sure my order was perfect and even recommended a drink that ended up being my new favorite. Her positive energy made the whole visit so much better — you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The coffee was great, but Abby’s amazing service made it outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I think Ziggy‘s started out as a small time Coffee shop with a few front range locations. It has evolved into what feels like a mass produced product. Their coffee is mediocre at best. Their smallest cup is 12 ounces, so if you’re looking for something like a Cortado or a flat white, forget about it. Everything from their food menus to their electronic billboards seems very much like a Starbucks to me, which I don’t particularly care for when I’m looking for good coffee. The staff were very nice, though when I ordered my my coffee to stay they, still put it in a paper cup with all kinds of Nerf materials to keep me from burning myself. If you’re Looking for something predictable like a Starbucks, this might be the place to go. But if you’re looking for something with local character and good coffee, skip it.

You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work — my drink is perfect every single time. I enjoyed my visit here in Longmont, and stopped here with my daughter and grandkids. There was something for everyone. I had a frozen coffee mocha and a blueberry scone. The kids enjoyed their sweets. Will come back next time I visit Colorado.

The service is good, the food is decent, the coffee drinks are caffeinated liquid candy bars. It is wild that they still charge extra for non-dairy milk with as big as they’ve gotten when the place up the way, that only has one location, doesn’t.

I love Ziggy’s and figured it’s about time that I gave a review. It is hands down my favorite place to work, away from my desk in Longmont. The crew behind the counter are always friendly and my beverages are predictably perfect. Ziggy’s is the most beautiful blend of a comfortable neighborhood spot, with the consistency of a chain. What I love most is that I can have my order in a real cup! It is a little thing, but it’s really everything. Makes me happy to avoid the daily waste of a paper cup and plastic lid. The overall vibe is relaxed and comfortable and super conducive to creative work. This year Ziggy’s actually turns 20 – I would highly recommend a visit to this great community spot.

The layout of the counter can add to the congestion, especially given how but this place usually is. The staff were okay, polite but not warm. The drinks were good, but not great. Overall a good experience though. We will likely try it again in the future on another trip.
