I visit all the Ziggy’s locations whenever I can, and the Lafayette shop is just as excellent as the rest. The staff is consistently great, I love the food and coffee, and it always feels good to support local business with local owners. They just hit the mark every time.

I love this location. It is so easy to pop into on my way to and from dropping kids at activities. The coffee is smooth, not bitter like some other places, and they have an extensive menu of kid friendly options. The staff at this location are friendly and fast!

What’s going on with Ziggis? Use to be my all time favorite coffee shop. I would be there every morning 4x week. The staff is new and no longer friendly. I’m usually there 15-20 mins after opening and they seem to get upset cause they have to work so early.
The coffee isn’t the same, its tastes like it’s burnt. I like to give chances but after 3x of wasting money no more! So my friends and family will find another spot to go. Don’t try to fix it, if it’s not broken and this is the issue at this place. Corporate came in and is making it worse by running off the staff that makes this place and replacing with staff that’s not customer service friendly.

This one specific shop is the worst. I have been coming to this one since they opened for 5days a week. They were friendly and always got my coffees spot on. They knew me by my name just by hearing my voice on the intercom. They are going through a new staff and they are supposed to be from corporation but they are unprofessional all the way around. No smiles, no small talk( how’s your day?) And 4x got my coffees wrong, and it tastes burnt. I can’t wait till Dutch Bros opens.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one is well deserved. The coffee is aweful. It taste burnt. I asked for a new cup and they said that the coffee was fresh and it must be my flavored syrup. I do sugar free vanilla and have never had issues before. Aweful place

Ziggis Coffee is great! I drink black coffee and it doesn’t taste burnt ever. I like that they offer more than just coffee! I have only gone through the drive through and the staff are always friendly and real. I have tried a few things off the menu like the breakfast sandwhiches and the bean burrito. Delicious! Will be a lifelong customer!

So happy that Ziggi’s finally opened in Lafayette! It is clean, spacious with lots of seating and all the staff are friendly and quick to make orders. When it gets really busy, I can see the parking situation could be tricky due to the small size but they also have drive through options. A wonderful new place to hang out with family and friends!

Friendly coffee shop, though has the feel of a more corporate shop, such as Starbucks. Employees were nice, coffee was good and delivered quickly. Missing that homeliness of a coffee shop that I crave but thats just personal aesthetic preference.
No complaints, place does get a but loud if a lot of people are in there but for the most part not too bad. Plenty of parking and two spots for electric cars. Outside seating, with umbrella cover tables.
Everything was mostly clean, but a few un-bussed tables, but that happens. Over all good experience. Just mussing some attention to detail to make me fall in love.
