We had such a great time – the branzino was amazing and our server Reed or Reid was spot on. The recommendations were on point and the Thai chili mussels were phenomenal – not too spicy but the chili oil was hanging out for a bit of extra zip.

The lemon aoli was a fresh change to the regular garlic. Great date spot – we will definitely be back to check out the patio when it is as lovely outside as the food was!

I love this little bistro. It’s one of my favorite go to’s in this part of Atlanta. The food is always delicious, the waitstaff are so nice, and the wine list is great and very reasonably priced. I just got home this evening from a meal, and had a lovely time, even though it was absolutely slam packed, with a birthday party and a couple of 10 tops. They did definitely add an extra two top just to fit people in. I don’t mind that, because I think it just adds to the fun. Our waiter was Colbi, and she was upbeat, funny, and gave us great service, despite having to run, by my account, at least 20 dishes to the huge party in the second room while ALSO serving in the main room. I had the 1/2 Greek salad and bacon&blue burger, and I ate it too fast to get pictures. They let me order spinach instead of fries as a side, which made me feel healthy… Ha ha ha. And they have Peroni on tap.
I hesitate to write a review because I really don’t want any more people to make it their favorite. However, that attitude is selfish, and I want the place to continue to do the bustling business that it does. My only regret is that they don’t serve brunch, but if they did do brunch they’d be open every day without rest, so it’s probably for the best.

And as a sidenote, I read a recent review where someone said that sitting at the table to the right of the hostess stand behind the mesh curtain was a punishment… Cool, then leave that one for me, because my friends and I try to request that table every time we come in. (though, granted, I can see how it might be unpleasant during an Arctic blast…..)

Great place, love it. My 2026 resolution is to eat at Ziba’s more often.

Food was amazing, service on point, and the atmosphere was lovely…. Went for Mother’s Day and left a happier family 🙂 definitely try out the baba ganoush! I don’t like eggplant, but they turned it into something magical.

Great hidden gem in grant park! Very warm atmosphere – loved all the candies making it very inviting

Service was great! They even worked to create a meal that accommodated my gluten and dairy free diet. I got the chicken pancetta – but grilled instead of fried chicken with a special creation sauce (olive oil, garlic, white wine) instead of the normal dairy lemon based sauce. My meal was very healthy and fresh tasting. Friends got the bow tie pasta and lasagna and liked it! Friend also tried the chocolate chip bread pudding and liked it.

On our second visit, I got the steak and fries / the steak could have used more flavor. Fries were good. My husband got the Wednesday special which was prime rib – good flavor but a little on the fatty side.

Truly a hidden gem. I can’t believe I haven’t stopped in sooner. The ambiance is something out of a movie, perfectly eclectic and cozy. The staff were welcoming, interactive, and knowledgeable. The menu is diverse and fresh offering something for everyone. I selected the Thai Chili mussels and loved the balance of spicy heat with creamy coconut. Cocktails were on point. I can’t wait to come back.

The food was incredible. The staff was lovely. Our table…felt like a hate crime. Despite having a reservation, we got seated at a tiny table behind a tulle curtain next to the door on a very cold night. The teeny tiny table next to us, in the teeny tiny corner, was a woman and her child. It felt like the corner was for people they didn’t want seen/to ruin the atmosphere (which we didn’t get to experience and had really been looking forward to. That corner should really just be a waiting area. Every time the door opened, my partner got blasted with cold air and the curtain would blow all over them. At one point, the wait staff was removing the decorations from our table to make room for our food, and the little Christmas tree got caught on the curtain which then dragged across our food and got tangled in my partner. I promise, no one wants to sit in this corner that feels like a punishment.

My friends were very excited to take me to the “Best Kept Secret in Grant Park” and this place is definitely a gem. The atmosphere is great and the food was even better. It is definitely unassuming from the outside, but it is very special inside.

We ate with two little kids and Ziba’s had a small but ample kids menu. The food was really good for kids food (I stole some pasta and French fried).

For dinner, I got the Jambalaya with Shrimp, Chicken, and Andouille. It was very good and huge portion. It came with an awesome slice of spicy cornbread that was served warm. My friends got the Barbacoa and Avocado Salad which also looked amazing.

I’m knocking a star for price. The food was much more expensive than I would have guessed and they even charged for soda refills (which was not explained beforehand). The service was also lackluster but they seemed to be short staffed.

All in all, I would recommend it. Ziba’s offers great atmosphere for a special occasion or a simple night out with date or family. Give them a try! (just don’t tell anyone)

2020 Updated review – still as good! The menu is updated, the drinks are even better and it’s a neighborhood gem! And they have got a nice outdoor seating set up + take out for folks not comfortable with indoor dining (just yet!)

Ziba’s the bomb! It’s my favorite neighborhood spot. The food is uniformly homey, and delicious. The Sunday brunch is esp great. The staff is all around sweet and awesome! And the ambience is cozy and warm. Lovely spot!
