The foods are good, $14.99/lbs. You choose your meats, veggies, weight it and choose the soup base. The classic bone is good, looks like a curry base. I take out 1 star because the are to get the ingredients is very small and cramped.

I love this chain so much! This location is also actually a lot nicer than the Chicago one I frequented. There’s way more food options such as different ramen types and so many fish balls! They even have egg tofu which I love. The wide vermicelli noodles are a must get. They have the dry mix and 4 different broths.

Absolutely incredible experience. For the price, you get an incredibly filling meal packed with whatever items you want. You receive a bowl and pick from a large selection of protein, fish, and vegetables. You then pick a broth, with the final price based on the weight of the items you picked out. Incredibly hygienic and clean restaurant. Highly recommended for malatang enjoyers.

I came here on a Friday afternoon because I had just gotten back from Europe and was craving Malatang. I filled my bowl with ample amounts of meat and even got vermicelli noodle, my bowl came out to $14.54!!! Such a good price, and very comparable to Europe prices.
I got medium spicy beef broth, and it’s the perfect amount of spice and ma-la sichuan flavor.
Every time I even sipped my water a little bit, I immediately had a server refill my cup. It’s also spotless on the inside! Will come again, and bring my whole family next time! 🙂

My first time having malatang, and it was so yummy. Wide variety of veg, meat, and more to pick from. Flavorful broth.
Decent service with a more self-service aspect for drinks. Chill vibes, and they were cool with you lingering after finishing your food. Delighted by the shape of their bowls haha
