I dined here last night and honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish felt like it was made with real care.
The service was just as impressive. The staff were professional, attentive, and warm without ever feeling intrusive. It really made the whole meal feel special.
I also appreciated how spotless the restaurant was. From the tables to the restrooms, everything was clean and well-kept, which added even more comfort to the experience.
Overall, this restaurant is a gem. If you’re looking for delicious seafood, great service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend it

I had a wonderful experience at Zeytoun seafood restaurant. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, especially the grilled octopus , grilled fish and all the shrimp dishes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a nice meal. I would definitely recommend this place to any seafood lover!

The place itself almost had no character. The servers were friendly and helpful when ordering with good recommendations.
We wanted to try their bucket formula so that’s what we ordered. It’s a big quantity but keep in mind the weight also includes the shells.
It was a nice experience but not something one would do frequently I believe. The other side dishes were generous but nothing to write home about.

One of the best seafood spots I’ve been to! We skipped the seafood bucket (it’s huge—4kg!) since there were just two of us. But everything else we tried was amazing.
The calamari rings and shrimp provincial were our favorites. We also dug into shrimp dynamite, fatoush mtabal, and coriander potatoes. Portions were huge, so we were totally full. They even treated us to ashta ice cream for dessert—yum!
Chef Youssef and the staff really know their stuff. Can’t wait to go back for that seafood bucket!

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing seafood experience from start to finish.
The quality of the food was poor, beginning with the mezza and continuing through to the main dishes. The fish was not fresh, which is unacceptable for a seafood restaurant and completely affected the overall meal.
The only item that stood out positively was the ice cream dessert at the end, which was genuinely good and the sole highlight of the visit. Parking is inconvenient, with no self parking available and only average valet service.
The atmosphere was also average and did not compensate for the low food quality.
Overall, not a place I would recommend, especially for seafood.

It was an amazing experience!! Loved every bite!
First of all the service was excellent, very friendly and informative.
Now for the food
I ordered many items instead of the seafood bucket cause I don’t know how to eat the lobster and crab but they have the option to peel them off for you.
I ordered mussels and fries the saucee was to die for soo so good lemon and garlic (and for me I do not eat lemon or garlic) and loved it!
Next was the shrimp in soya were good, the squid with ink I liked it was soft and yummy.
Next was the fried calamari and lady dynamite, good taste not oily as deep fried, well done!
Next was the full grilled octopus on coal with the lemon garlic sauce on the side, I was waiting for it for about an hour and it was worth it! It was sublime so soft and tasteful! I loved it!
And at the end two plates of bizri fish crunchy and yummy!
As a finish they offer you an ashta icecream with halawi on top sweet and beautiful!
I would go again for the seafood bucket Im excited to try the lobster and crab
