Frequent flier here. This location is pretty consistent in their service and quality of ice cream served. I have only gotten a couple food items so can’t comment. I do remember liking the type of fries served here. The ice cream is good– my favorite being the malts!
This store is very busy in the summer and specifically between the hours of 7 to 8pm most all year. Can’t escape the post-dinner ice cream craving!

We enjoy coming here for a treat every now and then. It would be nice if they’d have customers who order food that’s cooked to order pull through and wait in a designated area. Having to wait 10+ minutes in a drive thru line is kind of an inconvenience for customers only ordering ice cream treats. I also didn’t like that because of the wait time, our ice cream order was placed into a cooler presumably to keep it cold since it was prepared 10 minutes prior when we made the order. Like I said, a great place to get a treat, just need some efficiency tweaks to make the experience better.

Waited in the drive-through for +45 minutes and when I received my banana split (large size) it was completely melted. I had to hand it back at the window for them to remake it and they did happily do so but left out the bananas. Oh, and still was watery. This store does not have a real manager, and is ran by a bunch of high school kids. Someone needs to teach them to pay attention to detail and to quit goofing off so much behind the counter. I’m happy to say I’m a part of the local business community here in Omaha and would not recommend this establishment. It’s sad to leave such a negative review when I rarely leave reviews at all. This one got me.

First time I found this kind of soft Ice-cream (in India we call it Softie) dipped with flavours! We had Vanilla Ice-cream with waffle cones dipped with Butterscotch and Chocolate flavour. I loved both of them. We also ordered curly fries and they were good too. The place is mostly busy but there are enough sitting areas. If you haven’t tried this Ice-cream yet it’s a must try.

We just moved to this area from Colorado and decided to try this place.
Menu selection was average. They had a section saying slushies. I asked the very young worker there what that was. She did not try to explain, so I asked if it was similar to icee slurpee and she said yes. I asked if it was similar to DQ slush. She said she didn’t know.
I asked if I could see a SMALL sample(even a tablespoon) and that did not happen.
We ordered shakes instead.
I observed that they left a gallon of milk with the cap off for TWENTY minutes before putting it back in.
I shared this with the manager and his attitude was very flippant and caviar about this. He says we were so busy. However I didn’t see them use the milk gallon for a period of time.
The “work station” was so filthy as you can see in photo.
Basically I left feeling we were not heard and our concerns were dismissed.
So be warned.

On a recommendation we visited Zesto.
No customers in the store and one vehicle in the drive thru.
Waited approximately 5 minutes to be waited on at the register. We saw five employees behind the counter, a couple talking to each other, one on a personal cell phone, one walking back and forth and another one preparing food for themselves. It wasn’t until we questioned if we could order, then received a response yes, give them a moment.
Looking around while waiting, we couldn’t help but notice the poor conditions of the dining area.
At this point I did not want to order, my friend proceeded to order a soft serve that was more liquid than creamy.
Definitely will not recommend.

Always happy with the food/ ice cream! I just tried the rodeo burger for the first time and it was so delicious. My husband who is super picky was also impressed with their burger. I haven’t had bad service either! Highly recommend!

Only giving 2 stars because the food was good but Service sucked. Went through drive through and ordered. Got our food went home and order was wrong. We ordered 3 kids meals but didn’t get 3 only got 1. When I called the guy on phone was rude said that’s not what I ordered. How the hell do you know what I ordered you just cook the food. When I tried to explain he just kept saying that’s not what I ordered. I said yes it was the guy did it wrong. I paid almost $70 for 1/2 meals these is ridiculous. Don’t tell me what I ordered when you have no clue. If they can’t hear while working the drive through fix the mic so they can.

My bad experience, the guy who took my order, came out of the kitchen with gloves on and his phone on his hands, take my cash and went back to the kitchen with the same gloves, made my orden, and came back with my order and still watching his phone, after I open the cheeseburger the meet was not cooked and has no salt or flavor, so disappointed, definitely I won’t come back!
