They definitely earn their name of zeros, if I could give them zero stars I would. I guess the employees at this location just make up their own hours. What is the point of posting hours if you don’t follow them?

Giving 1 star was honestly too much! I attempted to call in an order on 11/17/2025 and was placed on hold for about 3 mins. I ended the call & decided to call back thinking maybe they forgot to come to the phone. The second time I called, I was rudely placed on hold for about 6 mins. At this point, im wondering what’s going on. When they finally came back to the phone I was greeted with a nasty attitude. I instantly asked to speak to a manager. The rude young lady which appeared to be a teenager told me she was the manager and what did i want. I proceeded to ask for her name and she told me she don’t have to tell me anything and proceeded to hang up. This is behavior that NO ONE should encounter when trying to spend money at a business. This was extremely distasteful and I hope no one chooses to visit this restaurant again until it gains some sort of professionalism. It is horrible.

The subs were not made right. They put the lettuce and tomato on the bottom then put the grub steak, onions and cheese on top. Then heated it up. You don’t heat the lettuce and tomato on then heat it. The lettuce and tomato on top of the sub. Then put the oil and vinegar on last. I will never eat at that zeros again.

I always go to this zeros over the last month. I done got three subs there and it was the worst subs that I have ever had just nasty nasty nasty. I don’t know if it’s because these are teenagers making these subs and they just doing anything to the subs, but I am so disgusted. I don’t got to Philly chicken and cheese subs and it was disgusting and I got a ham sub and it was just like the hand was sour. My bread tasted old. It was just so disgusting. I’m definitely gonna take a break off of them and the prices is ridiculous. They need to lower the prices because the subs are not getting any better. Is Ashley getting worse and a downsizing with the drinks do better

This store never has enough employees. You can make a order online and they take payment just to tell you the order was canceled. They don’t take call ins. They take walking which takes more time to wait on someone walking in. They are not nice when she answers the phone in a bad mood. I think you should concentrate on afternoon and shut down evenings until you can staff people. Get employees at the unemployment office.

Zero’s has always been my 1st choice when I wanted a sub. However, the crazy price they charge has caused me to seldom go there, anymore. Well, today, I decided to go for it. I was disappointed, to say the least. I got my usual… a whole meatball with cheese. From the very first bite, I could tell this wasn’t what I was used to getting from ZERO’s. It was obvious the bread had been reheated in a microwave, not an oven. It wasn’t crispy at all, and it was very, very chewy. The meatballs had the taste and smell of being burnt. They were almost black, inside and out. The inside didn’t look fresh.. ugh! Even the sauce looked dark and old. All in all, the whole sub tasted and looked like it was old, and had been re-heated more than once. Even the sauce looked dark and old. $18 is a lot to pay for half of a nasty tasting sub….(I threw the other half in the trash). Yuk!

I mean it’s zero subs they always taste fantastic. Now sometimes you know their kids you know I blame the supervision maybe of who was teaching him how to do it sometimes but other than that the food’s great. And it could be better cuz the one close to me is one connected to a gas station that might be mostly the problem. But I’ve been to a lot of zeros and their subs are always fantastic.

Never been to Zero’s I live in NC.
Was here for a job and just happened to find this place.
Got a Godfather and could not be happier.
To the person who suggested they microwave their subs that is a countertop convection oven they use to heat the subs. I have one at home and while it may be small they heat things up quick.
Did not have fries or a drink so can’t comment.
Also if your not a local you might drive right by it as it is attached to a gas station like some Subway’s.

Typing this as I’m heating up the other half of my meatball sub I got last night. Absolutely delicious, it’s my go to when I go to any sub place but they don’t compare like Zeros does.
