Staff is nice, plz get the super Philly because it has the most meat, yummy! My food was made fresh to order & hot . The Philly wasn’t seasoned enough for me, but they provided extra garlic salt & it was perfect once added! The fries weren’t my favorite cut or texture, but it was hot & complemented my sub. The reese’s cup cookie was delicious and was a flavorful way to end my meal. This location is in desperate need of a remodel, but I’ll be back !

Ordered a whole salami and cheese with everything on it and a half Philly steak and cheese with everything on it. Didn’t get the “everything on it”! If you order from here, check the food prior to walking out. I’m an avid zero’s patron and this is NOT how these subs are supposed to look. Will not be going here again.

Terrible spent 37$ for 2 subs and this is what I got. They didn’t even put enough meat on the sub to fill it to the end and WHERE IS THE CHEESE??? This is supposed to be a Philly steak and CHEESE. The subs don’t even taste the same. It use to have flavor. What happened to the seasoning???? Don’t even taste like zero’s subs. It don’t have a taste at all. Zero’s used to be one of the best sub shops around not no more

Zeros was my number 1 go to spot for years from a teenager to know 43 years old and Over the years I have watch my favorite sub price rise from 9 dollars for a whole to know 20 dollars for a whole. Im sorry but for the size of the sub and the little amount of meat you get its not worth buying anymore. I have found sub shop around town that gives you bigger philly cheese steaks with more meat for the same price im done with Zeros.

Got two whole subs here with extra steak , it came up to $37.12! The Zero’s in Norfolk cost $12.75 for a whole!! The older man I guess who’s been there since it’s opened , made it seem as if it their subs are that amazing so that justified the price! Yea right! They’re good but not that good! ordered extra steak and it still didn’t fill my bread up! I’m not impressed(it’s always us) he started talking about how everything is going up and this and that , but once again… the Zeros in Norfolk is $12.75!!!
Wawa makes better sandwiches! You can tell he doesn’t care either , because I see no replies from the manager at all to these complaints , he likes fast talks you as well .

The grilled veggie is my favorite. The owners are awesome. The lemonade and sweet tea mixed with the crushed ice is good. Even though Zero’s has multiple franchise locations, Victory Crossing Zero’s is the best in the area.

Just came in with my husband for two subs. A classic Philly and a pepperoni and cheese. The pepperoni and cheese which I was clearly told ONLY has pepperoni, cheese, and a little sauce had very little pepperoni, cheese, sauce, and a WHOLE lot of lettuce and oil. I tried to call twice as I drove from downtown Portsmouth to get this, but could not even get an answer. The girl making the subs was clearly being trained and should have been checked behind prior to wrapping the food up. Now I have an $18 sub I can’t eat.

This is what you get for $20
This was a Philly with hot pepp, mayo and extra lettuce. it wasn’t supposed to have onions and they put onions on it also but I didn’t feel like going back. I’ve only ever been to the zeros in Va Beach and chesapeake, but I’ve never gotten a zeros sub that was this tiny. I could literally grab it with one hand and wrap my entire hand around it. it was pretty pitiful and definitely not worth the $20 I just spent for this

Little to no meat for cheesesteak! I paid 18.00 for my sub with onion, green peppers, and mushrooms. Just look at the picture!
