First time not sure yet if I’d visit again. The staff was friendly, but the service was really slow. I ordered a Wing basket and Strawberry Mojito at 5pm. Most tables were not cleaned, but I found a clean corner on one. Six folks came after me and all got their drinks orders. Most got one particular drink, it was Beautiful. My number was finally called at 5:17 to pick up my food and 5:21 to pick up my drink. The Wings were tiny and hard fried, taste ok. The fries were good, but those at the bottom were swimming in grease. The drink was ok…tasted like a Topo Chico with a splash of Strawberry. I decided to try The Mangonadas since it seemed popular- its a good drink. A Saving Grace, really that may prompt a return, but nothing else.

I gave Zero Degrees in Grand Prairie a try, but I left underwhelmed. The food looked just okay, but the presentation didn’t match the hype. I ordered rice but was given elote, and no effort was made to correct or accommodate that mix-up. Honestly, the experience felt overrated, and I hope the management takes note to refine both the accuracy and the customer service… Food didn’t have flavor or anything…. I wish I could get my $79 back

I ordered the Zero burger. Their menu online is not what we received. We called the store and they refused to acknowledge their mistake and said they changed the burger but not their website yet. The false advertisement and the rudeness of the manager ruined the experience.
The drinks were good and the young lady that took our order was sweet but the food was okay and we will not be going back due to the experience.

me and my boyfriend’s first time here was pretty good. I really recommend the cheesecake drink thing. Only if you have a sweet tooth it’s really really sweet though. The food food is fresh. They know how to throw down in the kitchen. but if they could accommodate putting stuff on the side instead of on top but other than that food was pretty good

7/2025 Came for the birria taco $10 lunch special. Lychee crush still tasted excellent. Tacos were ok, the special came with 2 tacos, some soupy dip, and a lot of crispy fries.
5/2025: Burger was a decent size and tasted good. Fries tasted excellent with that crispiness. Matcha milk tea recipe changed I think, it tasted a bit more watered down.
2/2025 Still $10 lunch special drink and food 11-3p on weekdays, I love it. The popcorn chicken and fries were good. Match milk tea is the best. Pho broth was light in taste and noodles were overcooked so very soft compared to real pho restaurants. Lychee crush still great. As someone in another review said, they don’t have a vent fan out so it’s a bit hazy inside the restaurant. There are board games like jenga and connect 4 available. For $10 can’t beat it.

12/27/2023 People are rough with 3.6 star average. Came here on a typical Wednesday at 12pm. Nobody in the restaurant. Cashier was nice, and was able to order 2 of their $10 lunch combos. They had no pho, so I got the garlic noodles with 4 sweet chili wings. I also got popcorn chicken with corn and fries. Compared to the other Zero in north Arlington, there is a bit less popcorn chicken. Flavor is still comparable though. Fries were slightly crispy which is good. Garlic noodles…wow I like them with the sweet sauce on the side. Chicken with that sweet chili was just right, crispy outside and juicy inside. Ordered thai tea and matcha milk tea, on the sweet side but both very good. 5 stars from me. $23 for both (since boba was an add on) and added $3 tip on top.

Walked in to order something for my lunch and the owner or worker took about 3 mins to get up from his chair and was just looking at his phone and didn’t even ask me what I wanted to eat. Lost a customer tell employees to stop being stuck on the phone.

The drinks were refreshing and tasty. The food came out fresh and flavorful! We got the Watermelon Slush & Mangonada signature drinks, Garlic noodles (One with garlic wings, one with Cajun shrimp) and pork dumplings.
Will definitely be back to try more of their menu. They have so many drink options from smoothies to coffees to refreshers. Also a lot of fun food menu options to explore.
Ps. They also have a cute game cupboard to keep you entertained while they cook

Service is fine but they want a tip up front and not after the experience.
I got the strawberry horchata which was good. And the elote bowl which was bad- canned corn with cheese and a little mayo. They could have at least used canned sweet corn, crema, mayo, lemon juice and valentina salsa.

This place is a…NO! They have a great drink menu, but upon entering it felt and looked dirty. The windows were dirty, the floors were dirty, and it was not clean in there. I would not order food from this establishment, due to the lack of cleanliness. The staff was somewhat cordial. It’s just not a place I would recommend. My drink was incredibly sweet, I ordered a Mangonada with no spice. I will not return.
