Food was good, but service was okay. I got a matcha drink, wished that there was other milk alternatives, but a lot of good drink options.

I stopped in here to see what Zero Degrees was all about. I ordered a Coconut Coffee drink that was very yummy. The lady serving me was polite and friendly. The selection wasn’t extensive, but there were a lot of item on the menu that I would like to try.

I remember coming in 30 minutes before closing…There were 2 other customers inside and surprisingly the orders were pretty fast and service was pretty nice. They asked and had their order in like 2 minutes!….
I Asked for boba for one of my drinks but didn’t have any which was a bummer but overall the drinks were amazing still. Want to try the food next because they have chicken tenders from what the menu has. Wished they had boba but overall fast service and drink are still good

We went in at 8 o’clock. Whoever the lady was who was going to take our order was rude—she acted like we were bothering her. We asked for three different things on the menu, and she said you were out, so we walked out and went next door to Kicking Chicken. We were greeted with a smile, very friendly staff, and the food was great!

The food was good, but I had a very uncomfortable experience with one staff member colorful hair girl. She was dismissive and spoke in a way that made me feel belittled, even though I remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. My family and I have also noticed that she often treats customers from minority backgrounds differently speaking less to them and appearing impatient, as if they are wasting her time. This made us feel unwelcome, and I wanted to bring it to your attention.

Great spot for drinks and food, though it’s on the pricier side. Unfortunately, they don’t offer alternative milk options for there drinks, and most of the drinks contain dairy. The only exceptions are the tea drinks made with water. It would be great if they introduced more milk alternatives like oat milk in the future.

First time visiting Zero Degrees and probably the last. Drinks are good but the service sucks. Small location, overcrowded, overpriced and unorganized. Staff seems friendly but it looks like they’re mostly interested in chatting with each other. Cashier was chewing gum at the time she took our other, and her attitude when I asked my fries to be modified was just no all the way. I’m a paying customer and expect to get what I request. I saw to two other employees in the back digging into pieces of fruit while getting orders ready.
Our order was provided to us in four separate parts. One drink at a time and they forgot to give us our fries, I had to ask for them. Mind you they were made wrong and had to have them remade. Wait time was about 25-30 minutes, ridiculous.
I really enjoyed the drinks, refreshing on a hot day. My asada fries were okay, Chubbys and Taco Star a definitely better. Overall this place is all hype. Nothing special other picture perfect drinks, I guess that’s the world we live in now. Service and quality food is no where to be found. Stop by though, check them out and drop your own opinion.

I had the honey buffalo wings with fries with the Matcha tea. My friend had the chicken tenders with garlic fries with some kind of pineapple cooler. Total came to $35, so it’s kind of pricey because you literally cannot avoid getting the drinks, because they are so tasty. Food was hot. We came 30 minutes before closing, food was still great even while they were preparing to close. I will return to try more drink because they have a large variety. Not very much food options but the drinks make up for it.

My favorite place in Colorado. Hands down. Cucumber Limeade is bar none. Thai tea. Mango green tea. Elote that is creamy and authentic. Not to mention fast efficient and caring service. I will take everyone that i know here.

Let’s start with the negative. To be honest, I almost put a lower rating because there were several issues.
As other reviewers have said, the service wasn’t great, but I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt and say it’s due to understaffing. There were two girls up front and one of them seemed new and clearly wasn’t super familiar with the menu, which is fine, but it definitely contributed to a longer wait time and made the ordering process take a while.
Also, as other reviewers mentioned, my fries were very soggy. I only took a few bites before giving up. However, my husband’s fries weren’t terrible, I would just recommend not getting the garlic butter fries. He got the Cajun fries and they were fine.
Also the wait was… a lot. There was I think 2 groups ahead of us and we waited for at least a half hour for two meals, which can easily be attributed to understaffing as well.
On to the positive. A lot of people said the portion sizes were too small, I would disagree. I think the pricing was fair for the amount of food we got. We paid under $40 (before tip) for two good sized meals and drinks.
The chicken was pretty good. Nothing to write home about, but the chicken did everything it was supposed to.
The real redeemer, and what made me give 4 instead of 2 or 3 stars, were the drinks. The split cup is a work of genius. I got the watermelon fresca and lychee crush, my husband got the frozen lychee drink. They were all phenomenal drinks.
I would absolutely recommend this as a drink place, but not as a food place.
