Edit: Came here today and the female server had a rude facial expression, like she was annoyed. We got all you can eat and I dont think she liked how much my husband can eat. We stayed polite, said thank you and have a good day but she didn’t respond and we felt rushed while paying. It’s disappointing because the sushi here is good. Needs better customer service.
There isn’t a lot of seating but it’s a good spot for sushi. My first time here, the service was kind of slow but Isaac our server this time was really quick. Ultimate salmon and fresh water eel is my absolute favorite. All-you-can-eat price is better than the individual prices for each dish.

Sushi spot in Eastvale — they offer all-you-can-eat or just happy hour options from 3-6 PM and 8:30 PM till close. The happy hour is limited Monday through Thursday, but I have to say, the prices are super reasonable. Most Izakaya dishes range from $4 to $5, carpaccio is $11, crispy rice comes in a set of two for $4, and the rolls are either $10 or $13.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I figured the rolls might be smaller during happy hour. Plus, let’s be honest, I can’t eat like I used to, so sticking with happy hour was the way to go!
Here’s what we got:
Takoyaki
Crispy rice
Shrimp and veggie tempura
Rainbow roll
Philly roll
Zeppin roll
Spider roll
All of them were absolutely tasty — except the Philly roll, which was just okay. I got it because my partner thought cream cheese was weird in a roll and wanted to try it. That was pretty much my go-to when I was younger, but as I’ve gotten older, my palate has changed!

Food was pretty decent, but the service needs improvement. Our meals didn’t come out at the same time so one person in our party received their food about 10 minutes before the rest of us. Our server then appeared to go on break and eat his meal at the bar us without letting us know or handing us off to another server. We were left without service and had to flag someone down just to get our check and to-go boxes. After providing our card, we had to flag down yet another employee to get it run. Overall, the food was fine, but the lack of communication and attentiveness made the experience less than satisfactory.

So a few of us came to eat here and yes this place is good we all had the all you can eat. The fish was very fresh and the flavors were amazing and the sushi chefs were quick about ur orders and all were very quick and nice. The only thing that bothered me was that we had our nigiri order with about 15 pieces now I had a special request if the sushi could be Seared and a little chili oil on top, but the waiter said that it would be an extra charge of 1 dollar per price to search because it takes time to search the fish. Now im sorry we were already paying 50 bucks per person I wasn’t asking for a whole fish to be Seared or anything really special I just wanted a simple quick sear on our sushi. But im sorry might be petty to some but that honestly made me want to leave because we are paying top dollar for the sushi and for the waiter to charge an extra charge for a simple sear I thought that was crazy of them to charge for that. And on top of it when it came time for our drink refill it took our waiter 35 to 40 mins to bring us more soda that I thought was just bad service because they were not that busy. And after that it would just take him forever to come back to us .. but would I recommend this place that’s a maybe . Especially if u like ur nigiri with a simple sear than I wouldn’t because that extra charge was ridiculous..

This was our first time trying Zeppin Sushi and we were pleasantly surprised with the great service and fast service along with the food tasting excellent and very fresh. We will definitely be coming back to try other menu items.

The food was beyond delicious! The fish melted in our mouths, especially the salmon, Tuna, and yellowfin Toro. The service was impeccable, we were never left uncomfortably alone and questions were answered without skipping a beat. We cannot wait to come back for more, especially the classic sushi. The experience at Handroll by Zeppin in the Tawa Food Hall BLEW my expectations out of the water, so much so that I made up my mind on the spot to check out their sister restaurant in the same plaza, so here I am.
This bougier all-you-can-eat concept features some items that you typically have to pay extra OR don’t even find at other places, like soft shell crab, fresh oyster, carpaccio, and premium nigiri such as uni, sweet shrimp, and seared kobe beef. And the little lotus crown on the spicy tuna triple lotus is almost just too adorable to eat.
Only thing they don’t have is just sashimi without rice, but that’s normal for AYCE sushi and completely fine for me ‘cus I’m a rolls girly at heart, so obviously I had to double down on their rolls like the Flaming Tail roll which has HOT CHEETOS. Like what??!
Would you try this for $47.99?

My kids always do a Zeppin chant when I announce we will eat there. So they like it! Chicken karaage is a certified kid winner forever. The happy hour is why we go. Starts at 8:30 M-Th which is a bit late for us parents but can’t go wrong with the prices. Not the best ever sushi in the IE…but definitely not the worst (lookin at you RA). Staff is always nice and helpful. Genuinely great people… what can I say – ZEPPIN ALL THE WAY
