Best pizza we’ve had in the area. Worth the money. The deluxe was loaded with toppings, sauce was good and the crust was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Very clean as well. Definitely 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Our first experience was great. We ordered pizza tonight and the dough was raw and soggy. We called and they remade us the pizza and it was worse than the first. How are you going to make pizza that you can’t even pick up without all the toppings falling off and it being floppy and soggy? We will not be ordering again. What an inconvience for $40.

The prices are absolutely wild for the pizza you’re getting. There are much better options, like Cleveland Pizza Company, right down the road. This pizza was super expensive and I thought “okay, it’s about to be some really good pizza if they’re charging this much” just to get home and have it be Pizza Hut level quality. Crust was burnt on the edges but soggy under all the toppings. Sauce had no flavor. Meanwhile the Zepperoni rolls were so doughy with barely anything in them. If you’re going to continue charging such high prices in this economy, I’d make sure you are putting out high quality pizzas.

They use DoorDash as their delivery service. DoorDash driver picked up my food at 9:26pm, I called the store at 9:52pm, they told me the order was picked up and not sitting there. Then I called DoorDash at 10:15pm and they tell me the driver said the store was closed when they got there. Driver stole my food. Wouldn’t order from here, unless you pick it up. Food is usually great.

To start off the customer service was horrid. The girl with the glasses at the counter was on her phone the entire time while serving me. Then I saw multiple workers hitting electronic smoking devices in the kitchen and the workers made my salad without gloves and used their bare hands to mix the salad. This restaurant’s customer service was very unprofessional and gross.

Don’t order delivery. They don’t seem to have their own delivery drivers. They use a program that is essentially just DoorDash. On a couple occasions, I have waited about 2 hours for my order. Last delivery order, I called to check after hour 1, and was told that the order was done after about a half hour before my call and that they were waiting on a “dasher”. A half hour later, I call again and get the same story. After I hang up, I get a whole bunch of phone notifications that a driver with a female name has picked up my food. It takes another half hour for the pizza to arrive, and the delivery driver is certainly not female. That whole time, my pizza was just sitting around, congealing and getting cold. The pizza is good, but not after its gotten soggy and cold.
My recommendation to Zeppe’s: don’t say that YOU offer delivery if what you really offer is DoorDashing with extra steps. It makes you a liar, and results in wildly inconsistent service.

Terrible!. I requested a cold Turkey sub and listed exactly what I did not want and or wanted. No tomatoes, those were on there. Requested green pepper, yellow peppers. Not on there. No melted cheese, they had no yellow mustard ( a pizza and sub shop with no mustard!) And tipped 20% !!!. Never going to Willowick Zeppes for a $20 sub. Garbage!

I love going to Zappy’s in Willowick the people there are so nice and the food is fantastic. The chicken wings are ultimately the best wings I have eaten after having him double fried and love the honey mustard.
