First timers. Mackenzie was working and explained the menu items to us. She was very pleasant, and good with the public. She told that pizza by the slice was available, too. We paid and sat down. She came over and told as that the chicken was overcooked, and they were making another batch. I know Zeppe’s likes good quality. The salads were fresh. The chicken was warm and tender. Our drinks were sodas out of the cooler. Steve, the manager on duty, asked us how things were and we chatted for a while. We loved the record albums of rock groups that adorned the walls. Bathroom was very clean.

Have never ordered here before. Downloaded the app and saw a 144 minute wait time. So I popped in just to make sure that wasn’t a glitch or something. Staff said they were that backed up for a hot minute due to a very large order that had been placed. I told them as a fellow small business owner in town, I love hearing a peer being busy too! I told them I’d be back for sure another time. Get out to my truck, and one of the staff comes out to stop me and tell me they could get my order done in 15/20 wait time. Nice! Went above and beyond to grab a new customer. So I placed my order. While waiting, I got the chance to speak with the owner. Let him know how impressed I was with his staff (they obviously care about his business) and for that reason alone i’d be back. Got my food, and now for sure I’ll be back! Good eats, good owner, and a great staff.

We were stuck at UH hospital and needed a hot meal after the cafeteria closed because all that was on offer was a tiny child sandwich after not eating for 24°. Zeppe’s fit the bill perfectly! The pizza was delicious. The crust was crispy, but not oily, on the outside abs fluffy on the inside. It was loaded with toppings and arrived quickly! Highly recommend!

Hubby had there original cleavlander and they special made me an amazing large salad due to my diet restrictions.

To be honest, I’ve never had Zeppe’s before a few months ago because it didn’t have a good curbside appeal when I drove by, but my neighbor ordered it a few months back and it’s the only pizza I’ve ordered since. It’s so good that, if I know there are leftovers, my brain wakes me up in the middle of the night. I make my way into the kitchen and bite off all the pointy ends of the leftover slices because, in my opinion, that’s the best bite of the slice; and then nobody else wants to eat the rest so I get all the leftovers.
I’ve only had Zeppe’s delivered when I’ve ordered. I think Stevn has been my driver every time. He’s a very nice and kind person and very engaging. He can navigate my difficult driveway with his pickup truck without messing up my yard. Personally, I think he deserves a bonus for his exceptional work ethic and willingness to deliver pizza in a full size pickup truck. I would probably request that he delivered my pizza even if I had to wait an extra 20 minutes.

Zeppe’s is delicious! Additionally, they offer a million ways to customize your order! I suggest getting your zigzag crust well done! Incredible! Plus, they were super helpful in getting us our order. We are in new construction and not mapped yet. But our driver made sure to connect with us to ensure we received our food!
