Zeppe’s runs through our veins in this family! We are here multiple times a week and it still isn’t enough. My husband loves the concretes and how they have a fun new flavor each month, and my kids ask for Zeppe’s for dinner every night!! definitely the best!!

This would get 5 stars because WE LOVE Zeppe’s however this location needs to step up their staff training or something. We waited at the drive thru window for our order for nearly 20 minutes. We were the only people in line and ordered 3 simple items. By the time we finally got to pay for our items they had been sitting on the counter for a good 5 minutes, there was a solid line of 7 cars behind us when we left, I truly feel bad for how long they will get stuck in that line.

Just bought their New Monthly Special. I am not exaggerating when I say it is delicious. Purely amazing. And the cute little gummy sharks. The service was great, and they had my order ready by the time I got done talking to the cashier. Amazing things happening at the West Haven Location!!!

Great products and friendly service, but the tip jars at the drive-thru make things uncomfortable. It feels like you’re being guilted into tipping for something that doesn’t really call for it. Also, when paying by credit card, there are tip options on the screen that don’t need to be there. This can easily program that off. It would make the experience much more comfortable for customers. If these changes were considered if give it a five star rating.

Waited in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes only to find out the flavors we wanted were sold out. Please find a way to inform customer BEFORE they get stuck in line about out of stock flavors! Just a simple LED sign would be great.
