Came in here for some dessert with family. The manager/owner there was extremely friendly and helpful. Their dole whip, Italian ice, and custard is fantastic. Extremely flavorful and so many great combinations. The place is clean and has fast service.

Absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to go again! I would and have recommended this dessert place since I went. There is a lot of outdoor seating–some covered and some not. There is also indoor seating. You can order inside, at a window outside, or from your car in the drive thru. The portion sizes were good. Service was quick.

We used to love this place but the last few times the workers have messed up our order badly and the line was just too long for us to wait and have them correct it. They always discontinued their best and most popular flavors for some reason. All the ice flavors they actually do have are bland and taste like dyed water. The sour blue raspberry wasn’t sour at all and I’m just so sad because there’s no where else to go for Italian ice around

I suggest getting an Italian ice or the gelata. There are plenty of flavors to pick from and the customer service is exceptional. They also have some pretty good soft pretzels. They even have the option to get cheese with it, just salted, or with cinnamon, or plain. I suggest this place if you enjoy Italian ice. I would give it 10 stars if it were an option.

Zeppe ice-cream is the bomb! Their Gelato, ice-cream, and milkshakes are seriously yum, like mouthwatering goodness in every bite. But, man, gotta be honest, their menu is a bit of a head-scratcher. Even though it’s not huge, it feels all over the place. Still, if you can navigate through that, it’s totally worth it for the tasty treats!

Sat in the drive through after ordering 2 Gelata’s for 25 minutes. Payed and was then told my Gelata had melted and ask if i wanted them to remake my order. Not impressed! The drive through always seems slow but this was the worst. Watched several cars pull out of line park walk up order and leave will I was stuck in line.
