I brought my brand new puppy to Zeppe’s on Friday for a Pup Cup. Hallie was working and helped me. I’ve never been to Zeppe’s before and only intended to get my puppy that little treat, but Hallie took the time to explain the menu to me and recommended a few of her favorite things. I ended up ordering a root beer flavored treat with frozen custard and it was AMAZING!! Great choice, Hallie! She was so kind and helpful, and instead of one quick stop for my pup, I’ll now definitely be a new repeat customer for myself too! I’ve never had someone at a drive-through window be SO kind and sweet to me before and she left such a good impression of stellar customer service. 5 stars for Hallie!!

Stopped by since we dont have a zeppes in my home town, and my kids used to love it in St. George. Myself and my 4 kids sat here waiting for them to open for 30 minutes. It’s now noon. Nobody is here. They open at 11:30. Called another location. They were open, didn’t have a reason that Logan wouldn’t be open. Parking lot, empty. Not a soul in site.

Their ice cream is yellow, gainy, and way sweet? It used to be white and creamy. I don’t know what happened here. I stoped giving tips here because I’ve dealt with a snotty employee that will purposely gets my order wrong. And they don’t stack it like the advertisement, what a disappointment. I’d rather go to the n odgen one

I really like the new building with the upstairs deck and the fun little huts out front to sit in when it’s cold. It is a fun atmosphere and great for summer nights! It’s also nice that they have a drive thru.
The custard and Italian ice was really good – I got half mango, half strawberry Pina colada, with vanilla custard. I think the regular size used to be considered a small, but it still is pretty good sized. I might have missed this but I did not really see any napkins or trash areas other than the inside area so that would be nice for them to improve on.
My only real complaint though is the lack of customer service. We waited over 20 minutes to get our order of 5 small gelatas and there were only 3 people in front of us in the front area, and there were around 4-5 workers that we could see. It seemed like most of the workers were more interested in talking with friends at the drive thru area than helping with orders. By the time we got ours there were probably another 15 people waiting by the pick up window. I get visiting with friends but when a ton of people are waiting and they can see you chatting and laughing instead of making the small orders it gets a little frustrating. Nothing against them – they were all friendly – just maybe having a bit more training on customer service would be helpful.

I’ve had to come back a couple of times just to confirm, but this place absolutely rocks. Their custard is high quality, their Italian ice is smooth, and Dole Whip is always delicious. All of the flavors for Italian ice aren’t overly sugary too and taste more natural than artificial. The best thing is that this place isn’t crazy expensive either, for $5 I can get my go to which is Pina Colada ice with pineapple Dole Whip on top. This sweet treat place is definitely worth the visit!

A couple of friends invited us to go with them, and said it was a great place. We arrived to find good parking with multiple vehicles going through the drive-thru. Parking was limited and a little tight. Walked past the drive-thru to get to the order window. I ordered a Gelata, but only received an Italian ice. So that was a mistake. But the Italian ice and custard was great. Love the variety of flavors and definitely intend to return for dessert another day with the rest of my family. Confident yours will enjoy the trip as well.
