My friends and I went to the Island Night they put on the other night and it was so fun!! Jay was the one bringing out the orders and she was amazing! Such a natural in customer service! My husband and I tried two of the three specials (I think they were called Lava Flow and Hula Pie Concrete) and they were SO yummy!! We were all saying that the Hula Pie Concrete should have a permanent spot on the menu cause it was that good! We wished it could’ve been a little warmer outside so more dancers could perform, but what we did see was so fun and such a nice touch to the theme. I hope they do another one of these Island Nights once it warms up a little more:)

This place was so decorative and clean! I attended island night, and loved the atmosphere! The specials were amazing, especially the Hula Pie Concrete! One of the employees named Jay was very attentive and friendly! She made us feel welcomed, it was as if we were family! Definitely recommend Zeppe’s Sunset and their Island Night Event!

We * me and my family.* absolutely love Zeppe’s ice cream. We are ecstatic that there is one closer to our house. The flavors are always amazing and we love ice cream any way so Italian ice just makes it even better! The flavor of the month this month is snicker-doodle it is amazing. I personally got the straberry- Pina colada flavor !!!

My mom bought 2 regular zeppe drinks on Nov 11th. She has never been there. So she asked if the drinks or custard had coconut oil or pineapple in them. She was told no. She ordered a vanilla custard with rootbeer and a peach custard with strawberry sugar Free. She took the drink home and gave me one. Oce I took a bite and I immediately started having a reaction to the drink. She called the store and told them there was pineapple or coconut oil in the drinks even after she asked about it.
She went back in on Nov 13th for a refund, the owner was there and was not happy. She told him, that because their drink almost sent her daughter to the ER. He kept trying to not give her the refund. He said it hurt his business giving bad reviews. She was there for 10 minutes while he tried to convince her she didn’t need a refund. Finally he gave the refund and as she was leaving he told her not to come back. She said: “I promise you I will never come back to this place”

Bacon / Apocalypse
AAlyla was an absolute delight to talk with, and did a phenomenal job with customer service, and speed of getting the order done. Plus the desert was awesome too. Will be comming to the sunset location again
