I long for the days before COVID. They had such a great option of dining choices. They’ve removed the salad bar which I think everybody really liked. Food is made to order. However it’s not piping hot. (The noodle bowl) They could work on that. The lodge in good shape, they keep it clean. The staff is friendly and professional. I just wish they had other options like they did years ago.

This is a very nice lodge, beautiful views and a large outdoor deck for nice weather. Inside is a nice bar and a food court with asian, American , and pizza. The prices are what you would expect for a ski resort lodge. The food prices are moderate but the alcohol is definitely on the high end for cost. Overall very nice place to stop in for a hot chocolate or a burger.

Modern style building with large windows, high ceilings and an extremely large inside seating area with large rectangular tables and many 4-top and 2-top tables. Usually it’s easy to find inside seating here. There are also outside tables with a view down the mountain, but it’s usually too windy out there. Food here is definitely mediocre. Very basic fast food fare like hamburger, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, fries, soup, chili. All food sampled was not good, and clearly cooked far before it was served. Ordering is by kiosk or mobile device. That was very efficient.

Nice lodge and good location to meet on the mountain. Seating can be difficult around noon so go early or eat later. The food is really good here and there’s a separate bar on the left. The chili is delicious and garlic fries are a must! My friend raves about their Bloody Mary.

Updated 4/2/23: what happened? So bad now. Only menu options are ramen and soup. It took 30 minutes to get two bowls of ramen. Luke warm and half sized portions with little meat. It looks like only 4 staff for the entire restaurant. So disappointing.
Previous review: Zephyr is my favorite eating spot on Northstar. Of course it’s over priced, since it’s in the middle of a ski resort. Food is some of the best at ski resorts (Vail wins that I think). Hamburger with bacon, onion rings, and blue cheese was tasty. Overall I recommend the noodle bowl (not pictured).

Expensive, but offers a discount for season pass holders. The reservation system and advanced food ordering system is excellent. Make sure you have proof of vaccination to sit inside. The food is reasonable fast food. The location is excellent.

They have food service down to a science up there! You order with your phone and screens tell you once your food is ready! Super easy and the brisket pesto sandwich was delicious!!

Fantastic views from the lodge. The food is very pricey, but certainly yummy and exactly what you need during a long day of skiing. Zephyr Lodge is always crowded so if you find a table, do not hesitate to claim it!
