Family owned NY Style pizzeria serving authentic thick and thin crust pizzas as well as calzones, stromboli, sandwiches, salads, dessert and canned beverages. A Charlotte staple from the 1990’s back and better than ever. Made with love using fresh, local ingredients, organic flour and vegetables grown on our family farm.

Ok, I give alot of reviews and have been many places. I stumbled upon this place on a quick trip to Charlotte a few months ago. I’m Italian from Pittsburgh and I am always searching for quality pizza.
So review two, ended up in the tyvola area and headed back… this time it was raining so inside we went. Seating for around 10, but got a table…ordered.. friendly service and awesome food. Everything was great and sauce, and seasonings are spot on. So fresh and good..
Two times now, and this repeat visit didn’t disappoint.

Got to try out a place I’ve been wanting to try for a while, Zepeddie’s pizza in LoSo area of Charlotte. They just celebrated their one year anniversary in November 2025 so my son was enjoying the balloon they had to celebrate. Chris, the manager there was super nice.
It is a nice little place, with 3 tables inside and more patio seating outside.
Pepperoni Pizza was tasty and garlic bread was very good as well! Going to get the cheese garlic bread and Thicc slice next time!

Really tasty Neapolitan style crust with good quality ingredients. The crust wasn’t sturdy enough but to flop, but I’ve seen that with Neapolitan crust a lot. The crust definitely couldn’t support the meatball topping I got on half, but it was still worth it to get them. The Meatballs were outstanding. I tried a focaccia slice with pepperoni. It was tasty, but it’s not for me. I would definitely come back and try to dine in. It’s a great location and the staff are nice.

Definitely one of the top pizzas I have tried in the city. Opted for the NY style thin crust with capicola, peppadew and garlic confit. Every element of this was outstanding. Perfectly crispy crust, quality toppings in a great combination and a thin crust that helps the toppings, cheese and sauce shine. Ask for Parmesan and red chili flakes otw out and you have the perfect meal.
Update: the Bonita Apple yum is the best pizza in the city and must be made a permanent menu item!!! Goat cheese, bacon, pinky lady apples, mikes hot honey, toasted pecans and caramelized onions were a dream come true on top of a pizza.

We stopped in after a long day of looking at wedding venues for my daughter & our dinner was delicious! We got caesar salad and the verde pizza. At the end, they brought our table cannolis to try- what a treat!! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!!

As longtime fans of Lower Left Brewing, we were so excited that a pizza place opened next door. Ordered the Verde and had it brought over to Lower Left- and it was fantastic! Will definitely do this again.

Sadly first time here and not impressed. Yes the meatballs were good but the sub bread was too hard and the pizza was super thin and the taste was not great tasted like beer…

We absolutely loved our visit to Zepeddies!
Their vegetarian menu is one of the best in Charlotte — so many great options to choose from. We tried the Bruschetta, Veggie Sandwich, Eggplant Parm Sandwich, Margherita Pizza, Arugula Pizza, and finished with their Canolis — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.
The pizzas were light yet packed with flavor, and the sandwiches were hearty and satisfying. The staff was super friendly, and the cozy vibe made it even better.
If you’re looking for a local pizza spot in Charlotte that serves delicious vegetarian-friendly Italian food, this place is a must-visit!
Highly recommend checking them out

High hopes were held for this visit after hearing positive things, and the initial impression was excellent – the restaurant was clean, smelled wonderful, and had a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience was let down by issues with the food. The bread for the meatball sandwich was tough and dense, to the point of being inedible, and the meatballs were deconstructed and eaten alone.. The pizzas ordered all had an excess of flour caked onto the bottom, which, while an easy fix, detracts from the dish. Furthermore, the pizzas had burnt outer crusts but were undercooked and doughy in the center. The focaccia also suffered from being burnt on the bottom, resulting in a hard and sticky texture that seemed stale. Overall, the food was quite disappointing despite the positive initial impression of the restaurant itself.

We picked this place because the had gluten free crust. We discovered they have the best gf crust I’ve ever had. (2 of our group of 4 are gf). Besides the amazing crust, the sauce and cheese and pepperoni were delicious too. The gluten eaters in our group said the regular crust was amazing. Airy and crispy. This was a great find for us as we’re just visiting the city. Would recommend 100%.
