We don’t usually go to the same restaurant twice in one week. Zen Street just pulled that off.
After our Valentine’s dinner, we found ourselves back again a few days later. That says more than anything I could write. It’s not flashy. It’s not trying to impress you with décor or hype. It’s just a small, cozy Thai-Japanese spot that quietly delivers every time. Pad Thai still hits. I went back to my volcanic ramen on round two and it reminded me why I order it in the first place. Bold, clean flavor, not greasy, not heavy — just solid.
What keeps bringing us back isn’t just the food. It’s the consistency and the comfort. Service can move at different speeds depending on the night when it comes to getting you seated, but you never feel rushed out the door. Lily remembers us, she’s nice, always helpful and kind. They all care. And for our family, the allergy-safe options matter. Our daughter feels comfortable ordering here, which is huge. When a place works for both the adults and the kids, that’s rare.
Two visits in one week pretty much says it all. Zen Street isn’t trying to be the loudest restaurant in town. It just quietly does its thing — and does it well.

Half of us got Japanese, the other half Thai. I had the kuro ramen (with mushrooms), it was just okay. Pretty average. The server was super nice though. We enjoyed our lunch.

So my 18 year old son recommended this spot and on a rainy day their ramen was pretty good……. the service is excellent but be sure to ask for chili sauce and oil as needed…but overall we’re going again btw we adored our server

Reasonable prices compared to other ramen spots. The Spicy Miso ramen was perfect, the portions are slightly smaller than more expensive places but you can see they are not stingy on the toppings. The chicken was disappointing but everything else was excellent. That atmosphere inside was perfect and the staff was very kind.

Ramen wasn’t that good. Broth was okay. The noodle texture was strange – starchy? Not bouncy at all, if anything it was mushy to chew. My boyfriend ordered a fried rice that was way too salty. They had good customer service, as they were willing to remake the rice for him and it was better.

First time, cute little place. Sat in one of their little booths. I tried spicy miso ramen, added chicken. Hubby had the chicken broth one, and switched to udon noodles. Also had sushi roll (two ocean one I think) that was very good. The ramen we were disappointed. My noodles were not great at all. Broth I liked. Chicken was meh. Hubby’s udon noodles I liked better, but the overall flavor was meh. Menu has lots of options so will go back to try other things in hopes.

The service was really good but the ramen was so unsatisfying. The broth was so flavorless and oddly sweet? You can tell they dont use msg in the broth which is a vital part of ramen. The noodles were really starchy and stuck together so if you like noodle balls you’re good. I spend $60 for 2 bowls of ramen and 2 drinks.

Ordered a tuna roll, gyoza, and tom yum. The flavors weren’t bad but something made me sick. I’m guessing the fish. Saw the bad reviews and wanted to give it a chance because I hate seeing local businesses not succeed but this may not be the industry the owner(s) should be involved in if safe food preparation and handling aren’t a priority.

My wife and I love coming here for Ramen. It’s so yummy. Also had a chance to try the Pot Stickers and Mao Mao this time. Which were so delicious and cripsy. I love the side sauce they come with as well. Miso Tori with garlic and carrots added is my favorite. They have a really good happy hour as well. Plus, they are open until late at night. So, you can get really good food rather than drive-through!

I had dinner here and the atmosphere is AWESOME!! They have all sorts of games that you can take to your table to use free of charge. There’s also books you can read. I had green curry which was fair. I’ll come back and try something else.
