This place is a small booth inside a Safeway market. The menu mainly consists of pre-displayed items, but they also accept custom orders. A six-piece salmon sushi costs $11, and since tipping isn’t required, the total comes to about $12 with tax, making it $2 per piece.
The roll I ordered was cold, but the rice wasn’t hard. It tasted good.
Not having to tip is a plus, and overall, the prices are cheaper than at a typical sushi restaurant. However, there is no seating, the menu options are limited, and even when placing a custom order, you have to negotiate without a set menu, which can be inconvenient.
