“JUST GOOD FOOD”
Just like it says on the outside…
Zenaida’s Cafe is very unassuming, not much too look at from the outside. I’d call it a medium size venue with a decent amount of seating. Most definitely has that mom and pop, small business vibe to it, along with that old fashioned diner feel. You don’t have to worry about parking, the lot in the plaza has plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Thought I’d give this a try. To me it was more like 3 *** rounded up to 3.5 **** While the dish was tasty, and prepared just like I ordered. There was hardly any “Jerk Chicken” just a few pieces of shredded chicken underneath. If this had more “Jerk Chicken” it would be a 4.5 ***** in my book.
~ Complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie – 5/5
This was RIDICULOUS! They present you with a complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert when you are done. The Cookie has a good amount of Chocolate Chips and had a thin layer of something on top, possibly condensed Milk. AMAZING! Soft, warm, gooey, chewy… basically a perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie. I would buy this by the dozen!

This is a gem that we discovered. Such a high quality of food and the best service we received. In the end, we even were given freshly warm chocolate cookies. I would recommend this place to all my friends who are coming to Las Vegas. The cafe is a little faurther out of the stripe but definitely worth coming. And the best of all is the price. No one can beat that price.

I really enjoyed my meal here! The Micky Mouse pancakes were delicious—fluffy, sweet, and full of flavor. The steak and eggs were overall very good as well. My brother ordered the biscuits and eggs, and he liked them too. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with jazz music playing in the background, and the staff were so kind and attentive. They even gave out complimentary cookies, which was such a sweet touch to end the meal. Overall, a wonderful spot for a lovely breakfast!

I visited this restaurant for the first time this morning and I absolutely loved the experience. The food I had and the service provided was AMAZING!!! I love the ambiance especially the Jazz and Blues wall art. I met the owner Chef Sterling C. Burpee, he was very courteous and friendly. The Complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie served at the end is freshly made by his wife. The food was freshly made by his son. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I definitely look forward to future visits.

Start with a glorious sugar bomb in the best possible way by ordering a giant cinnamon roll. It comes dripping with homemade whipped cream and crowned with fresh berries. It’s decadent and absolutely worth it.
I highly recommend you order something Savory for breakfast if you had a sweet appetizer like we did. I’m glad I ordered the breakfast tacos. We also had a Belgian waffle that was light, warm, and topped with berries.
The baked French toast was pillowy, rich, and balanced thanks to the fruit and whipped cream.
The staff? Warm, quick, and on top of things.
And just when we thought it was over, they dropped off 3 incredible chocolate chip cookies that were. A sweet kiss goodbye.
We were so hungry we didn’t even think to take photos until the plates were half-devoured, and honestly, that’s the mark of a good meal. No fluff. No filters. Just flavor.

Cozy dinner experience. We had the cornbeef hash and the chicken & waffles. Staff was friendly and attentive with our meals coming quick and correct. The hash was beautifully crispy with obvious house-made care. Poached eggs were cooked perfect (runny yokes and completely set whites). Chicken was fried crispy & still juicy, seasoning was well seasoned and not overly thick. Waffle was fluffy inside with a crisp outside, definitely sturdy enough to hold up to the chicken. 10/10 will come again.

The better of the two to me was the baked french toast. I’m not going to lie, when I see whip cream on any french toast I always assume it’s going to be straight out of can. Because I saw high praise from this place we decieded to order it because it looked good on yelp. We rolled and eight for the point and it was fantastic! Not going to lie, that french toast gave me peace that day. the whip cream was made with love and attention to detail. Fresh fruits were fantastic to the meal. The bread was just SCRUMPTIOUS. I might mess around and come back and order the two exact plates.

My spouse and I were hungry for some lunch. I wanted to have something easy and light so when I looked up places nearby, Zenaida’s Cafe popped up! The reviews looked great and the menu was simple and cost friendly. My partner ordered the chicken fried steak and he inhaled it so fast I looked away for 2 seconds and it was gone. I ordered the salmon latkes with the horseradish slaw on top. That was seriously so good and refreshing. I also ordered the salmon Benedict which is my go to for brunch and it was perfectly cooked! The service was amazing and they took really good care of us. The whole experience was about an hour including leaving and getting back to our house down the street. After we paid they gave us some complimentary chocolate chip cookies which were so soft and gooey and definitely delicious. Seems like they use very high quality ingredients and make all the food with love. We will definitely be back!

When walking in we were immediately warmly greeted and seated. I had seen reviews and wanted to check this place out prior to leaving town. I see more Vegas restaurants on my Tik tok now that I’ve moved than when I lived there. They were so friendly. My friend had the hash which I didn’t get a picture of but I had the biscuits and gravy which was excellent and it included this sausage that was literally so flavorful. The coffee was great and not burnt tasting which sometimes can seem to be the case at places. It was just what was needed before heading out. The complimentary cookies are a great touch for a family owned business.
I am almost sure one of the owners came in and he greeted the couple of the tables that were occupied. I really try to find the small businesses to support or the “one offs” that aren’t a chain. Thank you for the great food and amazing service.

Read about Zenaida’s being #25 on the top 100 Yelp list so when we came to visit Las Vegas we had to check it out. I had the Baked French Toast, and my wife got the Breakfast Stacked Sandwich. Both were very good, though my French Toast was actually amazing!! We even got 2 delicious cookies after breakfast… compliments of the chef!
