Every time we’ve come here they’re always super friendly and the food comes out quickly. They have a lot of good premade dishes, apps, boba tea, and build your own poke.
Only gripe I’ve had so far is the poke menu is a bit confusing to understand at first but otherwise the food is great!

Genuinely this is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is so kind, the place looks amazing, and the food is delicious. I’ve never had a problem with a long wait for food, and ive never had anything in my food that shouldn’t be there. The Boba is also amazing.

First to go there and will definitely will be the last. I ordered ramen and boba tea. The ramen had flavor, and it was almost worm that last for two minutes before the whole thing got cold.
The boba tea was like filled with sugar and no strawberry taste.
The service was fast, but wanted to get done fast and didn’t give us time to listen to what we want or explain the menu, although I mentioned it was our first time there.
4% convenience fee, why? It’s usually between 2-2.5%.
Well. It was a very bad experience for me and never going there again.

Love zen ramen! They have create your own poke and ramen bowls with tons of apps. The noodles and broth are delicious! Tons of menu options and great prices! We have only don’t to go so I cannot comment on dining in. The food is always fresh and hot every time we order and it is one of my favorite spots for takeout! The only complaint I have is they have forgotten my egg on the ramen a few times which results in me making one at home. It doesn’t take away from the tastiness but I would love to have my eggs with all my orders! Outside of that, it’s a great experience, and I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Good food and hot tea. My husband had the volcano ramen and said the medium is about like tobacco sauce level spiciness and wishes he’d ordered the extra spicy. The kid liked his miso ramen. The pork gyoza were good as well. I had a Build Your Own Bowl and it was good as well. They do have silverware if you’re like me and haven’t mastered chopsticks. Naruto art on the walls.

I had been looking for a good Ramen in Pittsburgh. I found it! I had the Dan Dan Ramen. It was really fantastic. Lots of diverse and delicious ingredients brought together in a very big bowl. I can’t speak to the other styles of food there, but I will definitely come back and try other ramens, because that’s my new thing. I thought the service was nice and friendly as well.

This place is phenomenal. I’ve tried several of the brass. They’ve all been delicious. Never a complaint when you want to customize something The only thing I haven’t tried is the sushi and I’m assuming if it’s anything like the Ramen absolutely top-notch.

Zen Ramen & Poke is a nice Japanese restaurant situated right in Waterworks. They have really good poke bowls and milk tea and the prices were very reasonable.

Went for some ramen and karaage. Was a delicious bowl, the chicken was a little dry, probably cause of the small pieces were fried too long. Still, all very good with big portion sizes, and the server was very attentive and kind.
