I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered the steak and chicken combo and the grilled steak hibachi combo with fried rice, stir-fry noodles, and vegetables. Before placing the order, I specifically called the location to confirm that I did not want any vegetables mixed into my rice. The young lady who answered assured me that it would not be a problem.
When my food arrived (after spending $45), there was no rice at all. I called back immediately, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told, “It’s not my fault. The cook said rice doesn’t come with it.” That made no sense considering I’ve ordered this exact meal many times before and it always comes with rice and it was clearly listed on my receipt as fried rice. I even paid extra to for the stir-fry noodles.
What’s most disappointing is that no one called to inform me there was an issue before sending out the order. A simple phone call could have fixed everything. Instead of attempting to accommodate me or correct the mistake, the employee was dismissive and had an attitude. The situation escalated out of frustration, but it never should have gotten there. Her response was “ oh well “. That makes no sense, especially coming from one of your chamber members and a loyal customer to your restaurant.
This is not how a business should handle customer concerns, and this is certainly not the level of professionalism that should be at the front desk. Customer service matters just as much as the food.

We came here on a Saturday evening around 8:30 pm. Ordering was super easy through the kiosk, and there was plenty of seating available — only a few people dining in and picking up. We got the Spicy Pork Miso ramen, and it was pretty darn good! The broth had great flavor, and the pork was tender. Service was smooth even though it’s mostly self-serve. Overall, a cozy spot with good food — I’d definitely come back to try more ramen options!

My first time visiting this place, and I’m really happy with the whole experience.The food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. Service was great and they recommended some delicious new dishes for us to try. Paired with the drinks, we left feeling full and satisfied.
There are also a lot of claw machines there, which makes it a fun place for kids. It’s a great spot for a family meal and some playtime after. Highly recommend it to anyone and we will visit again soon!!!

Got this steak and cheese sandwich. It was amazingly great! I can’t find it on any menus online for the official name, but check out the pic! 100% delicious, thin sliced beef that was juicy and tender, cheese was high quality and the yum yum sauce was great all together. I have been here before for other things and it was all good. It is on my list of lunch joints and will return.

Been here lots of times and every time has been incredible! We always dine in and the service is quick and polite. Food is DELICIOUS! Love the katsu chicken and you have to get BOTH the pork buns and crab rangoons to start. Excited to go back tomorrow for more!

The ramen is ok (Hokkaido ramen on Barrington Road is much better). I got the chicken miso and it didn’t have much flavor (the portion size was good, as you can see I had to put the ramen and broth in a bigger bowl). I also ordered the crab rangoon for about $6 you get 4 small and very underfilled pieces that are overcooked and very oily. One of the 4 pieces was also not even filled. My boyfriend got the black garlic pork ramen and he said it was good. He also got the egg rolls which were also a bit overcooked and oily. We were very disappointed by this place after reading such good reviews.

Okay so basically I came here with my dad and he works here and I love sushi and ramen. The workers here are very friendly and have good service. The mood here was very chill and calm. It was a nice setting and it’s not over crowded either. It’s a good place to go and the food is amazing. Service was great and the food and vibes were amazing. I would visit this place again!

Was at the fine establishment tonight for dinner. I can not believe this place has been here for 2 years and this was my first visit. We will definitely be going back. The service was great, very surprised at how big it is, it also has a nice size bar to sit at.
We ordered the crab Rangoon, which was different, it was sweet, not a whole Lotta crab, but good. Ordered the crispy wings, let me tell you the flavor in these are absolutely fantastic. The spices they used on them is so good. Also ordered the Pork Miso, that also was fantastic. Also ordered a side of steak which was good as well.
All in all this is a great little hidden gem, if you get a chance go visit.

I might not come back for the ramen specifically, it lacked deep, rich flavors. I don’t know if it’s their Tare that over powered the flavors I’m supposed to taste in the broths,?(All I taste is saltiness and hint of garlic and shoyu)The noodles were definitely cheap which it’s okay not every ramen restaurant has good noodles or wheat noodles for the Tonkatsu. The Pork Belly slices are thick, which is generous, but very chewy I guess could appeal to some, not my preference. On the bright side their fried foods are delicious we had Gyoza and the Shrimp 10/10 and service was good though they forgot to bring us some food we ordered for our toddler to eat.

Food is very good. They make amazing spicy but charge an extra $1 for making each dish spicy. Have good vegetarian options. They are definitely worth the price, quality, service. Highly recommend.
