Extremely fresh food with great flavor. I had the pan fried rice noodles in brown sauce with mixed seafood (shrimp, krab, squid, and scallops).

Came here for dinner. The place retained the interior of the previous restaurant which is good, the design is beautiful and the space is welcoming.

For appetizer, we got the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and chicken plus peanut sauce. It was good. For the mains, I got the Chicken Pho. Excellent broth, perfect with the cold weather. My husband ordered the Lemongrass Chicken. I super enjoyed the lemongrass chicken, it was very tasty! We both agree though, that the protein portion was on the small side. Overall, we can’t wait to come back and try other items in the menu.

Finally got a pho place near my house and I’m so excited! Went there today on purpose and it was really tasty . The staff were warm and friendly, the place was super clean—loved the vibe. Only thing is, they don’t have Huy Fong Sriracha… For a spice lover like me it’s kind of a letdown, so I just took some home to eat with my own chili sauce .

I’m so glad that St. John’s just got their first authentic Vietnamese restaurant that offer a variety of noodle dishes, and rice platters.

The ambience is super inviting open concept.
They have a full bar that is currently getting prepped while waiting on their liquor license.
Since it is only soft opening, they’re still getting ready for the grand opening and perfecting few other , but overall, it was a great experience.

The crispy shrimp appetizer is so good. It pairs well with the sweet-and-sour sauce.
The calamari is super crispy, but still tender and juicy inside.
The steak & the pork rice platter are well seasoned and can’t wait to come back to try other items on the menu.

Visited this newly opened restaurant for dinner. The fresh Summer rolls were a great way to start the meal. The chicken pho was pretty good and comforting. I also enjoyed the chicken stir-fry. I chose the lemongrass sauce which was really flavorful, though there wasn’t a lot of meat.

We tried Zen Noodles during their soft opening week and had a wonderful experience! The pho was absolutely delicious, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked noodles. You can really tell care went into the preparation.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

Our whole family left happy and satisfied, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Great experience during their soft opening! I was seated immediately at 6:00, and the staff was very attentive. The server’s recommendation of the steamed chicken dumplings was spot on—they were delicious. I also had the #3 pho, which had the best broth I’ve found in this area so far. There was a minor delay with the food, but it was expected and didn’t bother me at all. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back soon.

Food was amazing and portions were plentiful! The vibes were chill on top of the taste of the food. If you’re into spice ask for the chili and hold on tight!

I got some carry out for soft opening today. Food was delicious and service was quick. Noticed nice atmosphere while picking up food. Menu selection is great too. Can’t wait to go back and try more things.

So happy to finally have Vietnamese food in the neighborhood! Soft opening was great today. We tried the Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef noodle soup) and it was delicious… broth was on point! Can’t wait to come back and try the phở next time.

Update: I’ve been back several times after the soft opening and have had numerous dishes… Bún bò huế second time around was bland. The oxtail pho broth was too oily and the oxtail meat was not tender enough (tough actually) but ribeye meat was good and broth flavor was okay but the basil & cilantro on veggie plate were wilted. Veggie pho was super bland with no scent of pho spices. I did like the calamari though, just needed a side of spicy peppers with it. The pad Thai noodles were pretty soggy and sweet. The beef drunken noodles were actually good, not bad. The adobo pork was really delicious and very tender. Combo grill rice platter was good with good nước chấm . Singapore noodles were so bland. Summer rolls had pretty good peanut sauce.

I’m really rooting for this place but they need to become more consistent in their food flavors and quality for me to continue to return. Service and atmosphere have been good for the most part. Hopefully they can get it together in the kitchen.

We tried their pho and vermicelli noodles with chicken. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I both thought the flavors were good, especially the broth in the pho. However, the ingredient portions could be better balanced, and the noodles were not cooked properly. The servers appeared to be in training — they were clearly trying, but not quite there yet. I hope they make a few adjustments.
